Indeed a bit fishy, but still might be excusable.
He wears the 1xbit signature code but he isn't on the spreadsheet nor has he applied on the topic but he did apply on cloudbet, for an older member even with the break he has taken the thing would have looked fishy with all the red tags. Anyhow he himself is still on a loan default despite all the positive trust for doing graphics, which is quite a different thing.

Anyhow, pretty easy to see if he has indeed changed hand, either a signed message or sees if he can still design stuff.

Yeah for him it's no big deal, he won't be able to get a loan anymore and for his business when you pay on delivery the red trust doesn't matter, he defaulted for $300 probably business wasn't great either.

OP if you doubt that the account you mention has changed hands then simply ask the user to sign a message from one of the bitcoin addresses he has used before. This will answer all your doubts especially about the possibility of the account changing hands or being compromised.

If the user can't do it then maybe your suspicions are justified, but if he/she is able to do it then I don't think this topic can be continued.

Since he is still bumping his design services I don't think the account changed hands. Changing passwords and joining a 1xbit campaign doesn't mean an account is compromised or changed hands. Because of his previous red tag likely he won't apply to the campaign managed by good managers. Most managers exclude red-tagged users, hence he joined 1xbit. I would be wrong but I strongly believe that. Even he know that he would get more tag due to joining the 1xbit campaign, which means he doesn't care about tags lately.

On first look, it is very possible that the original roslinpl does not currently manage this account. He woke up from a long period of inactivity.
however, if you look at his trust page, he remained in loan default. if at some point he did not want (could) repay the debt, after all, he avoided contacting the lender, I don't see why it would be a problem for him to join a campaign like 1xbit.
I don't think he can join any of the regular campaigns with such a reputation.

Why I ask is because this user has been off line between 2020-01-05, 00:27:40 and when they woke up in December ( BPIP 12/4/2020 11:26:01 PM woke up ) but have not posted.

I doubt your concern that the user has changed hands especially since he's still bump his service thread. With regards to the promotion of the 1xbit campaign I think there are some supporting reasons why he did it (probably because he needs money, etc.) but I don't see him applying in that campaign thread. The reputation of his account is no longer clean because he was previously caught in a bad loan case or overdue loan, but the positive trust is still far more than the negative tag.

I've only seen him change passwords and just woke up from a long period of inactivity, but that doesn't mean he's changed hands.

I used to know him for his cool design services on the forum though I was not lucky enough to get a design from him as he wasn't active in recent days. But as his thread got bumped in the service section and I was checking what's going on but found him wearing the signature of 1xBit which I think doesn't make much sense as he is a trusted user on the forum. I doubt the real roslinpl would promote such a shady casino. What do you think?
