It seems that being anonymous for a bitcoin user as a gambling bet is not as important if you still require Identification. We had a very ugly encounter with a player a while ago and ended up having to file a police report over it because the player made death threats to our staff. This is the first complaint about super users I have seen and I guarantee there are not any, this is the same software platform that other large sites are using such as SwC. I won't disclose information about the player account that is mentioned... but I can assure you it is not a Super User. I would suggest if anyone wants to talk to players that are active on the site and really get a feel for the community they drop by the Discord Server where players that play, deposit, and cash-out on a regular basis hang out.
