well since you are still building your site you should lower the fee , 80% of the pool paid to players is a ripoff
I can careless about smart contracts when the game is totally designed to give the players just 80% of what was collected , there are already  better alternatives

It's either a scam or just a terribly bad idea... regardless, let's hope nobody sends them ethereum like all the others that pop up here.

it's quite good idea, you can check how do you need to win pool, nothing is uncover!

Good idea with bad implementation IMO. It is not that good because it is just another lottery/raffle game, nothing is new or unique here. How about your website? How long you need to work on it so it will look more attractive although it wont give any guarantees that there will be anyone willing to join the games. Sorry to say, but it is the reality. People are smart enough to spend their money, at least they wont spend their money on something that does not look good since the first announcement.

I stand with Ukraine.
Sending out ETH on your own specified Ethereum address? Its a big "NO". I havent seen a site and just having a basic pooling on funds which do have the tendency on running all of the money accumulated. If its on smart
contract then it would be considerable or at least convincing to try out to sent some funds but on your own scheme then you are just typically asking out people to deposit.

Thank's for your reply;
surely you are in right and thank's for tips but now we are working on website too, and then over smart contract developing.

Please follow our progress!

So better not to try to accept any bets before your website is ready. Other thing is that you take too much from the pool which is 20%, are yiu serious about it? There are many other lottery games take lower amount from the pool but still unable to get good traffic. No offenses, but you if your progress is not that good and you have no other things to attract players then your site will be just another failed lottery game.

I agree with this. But even if the house edge was 1% I doubt anyone would send their ETH to the address shown in the OP. Why do you, royal_lottery, think other people, who want gamblers were playing on their site, spend so much on promotions? That is because they know well that otherwise it won't work. Your intentions may be good or bad, it doesn't matter. What does matter, though, is your ability to prove to the world that you actually pay to those who win. Do your own research on how other sites accomplish that task. But I can say to you in advance that without spending around $10k on various promos, you will hardly succeed.

well from now we have auto finance it, but hear me, who spent 10k wants to gain more than 10k, at least 100K!!! and why players needs do pay my advertise? We want to offer a genuine lottery, and people will be our advertise

I hate to say it but your words remind me of typical statements normally made by unknown companies aimed at flogging their products. I meet their representatives quite frequently on the streets where I live and on the Internet. And they are always saying the same thing, that when you buy a product from a hyped company you actually pay for the hype from your own pocket, so why pay more if you can get a similar product for lower price? Only in reality their product is garbage in comparison with the "hyped" one, so people normally disregard the proposals.

Now, I'm not trying to say that you are like them, because I haven't tried your product and thus I have no idea about its quality. But, if you want to be successful, please try to avoid such statements in the future.

This whole lottery setup makes no sense other than making easy money for OP, who keeps 10% (?) of the funds (IF he doesn't run away without paying out).

I'll give you an example of a professional lottery:

As you can see, they pay 100% to the winners, but of course that's not profitable if you run only lottery, so ok, you can take a share to cover eventually costs and effort. But 10%? That's way too much. Besides that, nothing from your post looks professional.

Very weak scam-attempt imo. Not even a professional approach, I mean at least check your grammar; and you don't even have a website...?

Kid, please don't (try to) scam people to make money. It will all come back to you.

Well if you really wanted people to treat you genuinely then start with a website and if members here saw that you're really trusted and legit then of course word of mouth will take its course.

But asking players to just deposit on a ETH address? Its a big NO so you're off in a bad start here in the community. Work on your website first, make it secure, fair and transparent and detailed everything then I'm sure that you will be on your way. But be ready to answer a lot of questions though because this is how this community works. Goodluck.

we need experiense people as bitcointalk users!

at least make an effort and build a website for this
doubt it would help since you do not have any proof of funds, any trust or experience in handling or even promoting such a project
hell, look at the topic you made, my eyes bled half way through just from reading it
and don't put too many hopes on people sending you money , if some brave soul risks a few hundreds etoshis once, that would probably be it
take time and scroll down the pages - you will find stillborn "lotteries" like this in abundance
and with decent websites and with decent ideas too, it is just not going to be popular

Even spending 10k on various promos it wont still give you the assurance to succeed into lottery field. We have seen lots of them failed even how hard
they try up to make good promotions plus spending money on good marketing but....

sorry i'm newbie, i cant post too much reply... i'll reply soon as possible!! thank's for now!!
If you dont have much time on answering people then its clear that you would do the same thing with your own website- if ever you have in future.

You shouldn't expect people to start experimenting with your game before there's an official website and a smart contract handling payments or at least a signed message that proves having funds to pay in case people win. Please make sure that your website will have some information about your company's registration and/or about its creators. I'd say it's a must if there is no smart contract, at least. If the payments are handled automatically on ethereum platform, you should still make some welcome bonus for those who are among the first to try out your website. They should be able to play with some money you give them and then they'll deposit their own money if they like their gambling experience with you. Good luck!
Even if he do have the bankroll to be shown it wont really be still effective because 20% rip-off to the bankroll is way too much.We understand that lotteries do have big deductions to the pot but not similar to be big as this.

No offenses, but you if your progress is not that good and you have no other things to attract players then your site will be just another failed lottery game.
This is somehow anticipated and that 20% deduction plus no own website(testing phase) will really put this into trash can.

Thank's for your tips, we have raised cash out to 90%

It really doesn't matter whether you are raising it to 95% or 99%. No one from this forum will play your game without a physical website, a contact details and a smart contract to ensure the integrity of the game. You are simply wasting time here, so I will ask you to please try some new forum to continue your business where people are less experienced!

Raising even to 95% wont give confidence as long funds will directly goes to those address.Better to lock this thread and re-open it once you do already have a proper website and everything is already set-up.

I can careless about smart contracts when the game is totally designed to give the players just 80% of what was collected , there are already  better alternatives

It's either a scam or just a terribly bad idea... regardless, let's hope nobody sends them ethereum like all the others that pop up here.

WOW!!! A newbie account and one colorful thread without any website asking for money to be sent to a pre-specified ETH account in the name of a lottery! Also have the guts to term it as a decentralized lottery system without any algorithm in place! A big NO NO for me!!
