200 starting chips (not even 10bb) ? are you serious? Standard rebuy rules across all reputed poker tells us that it should be 200 chips (or 2x chips for 2x rebuy) but no in you case it is 2000 chips. Look at the addon 20000 chips, what a joke this is. Clearly its not free roll its just that you are going to suck money from day one. I have to say this but sorry You clearly lack the vision and caliber for running a reputable poker room. Either change your free roll structure or stop calling it free roll. And what is this 1 chip freeroll thing, comedy at its peak or what?
Hey thsceptic, the Daily 1 Chip (100 Satoshis or 0.00000100 BTC) Freerolls are there to offer a chance at players to get to know the site and make some satoshis while at it. Of course they are not there to make anyone rich.
Now, for the 10 mbtc freeroll, the entry is FREE. The rebuys are there to incentivize people to deposit and play on our MTTs. You can win without depositing for sure, no doubt about it.
Of course we are losing money on the freerolls, it's marketing, or business expenses, but it's a great way to incentivize players on our site. Now, a 10 mbtc freeroll with no entry fee and no rebuys or addons would only bring people looking for free money, which it's our goal, but also, with rebuys and add ons, we reward players to deposit and have a greater chance to win.
I think it's a great way to compensate our players with our daily freerolls imho.
EDIT: Oh and by the way, that's correct, the rebuy is 200 Chips so I corrected the posts where it said 2,000 Chips. It's unlimited rebuys and 1 add on for 20k chips. I believe it's great value for our players.
EDIT 2: The format is called hyper-turbo on other poker sites, so yeah, starting with 10 bb and having rebuys and addon is great for a hyper-turbo freeroll.
