Surely it will take at least five to seven years to go that high, possibly considerably longer.

$10/mBTC within two to three years, like Elwar suggested, looks much more likely, but not probable. I think this may happen due to a major catalytic event which boosts widespread demand for bitcoin beyond 500.000 or so nerds like us.

He's been preaching we will get to $300k/BTC this year because only 1.5M BTC are in speculative hands (he has his sources), and thus he will be buying all BTC available until we achieve that, and thus he is a supernode, and thus blah blah blah
