I think your expectations might be a bit high for reducing your temperatures by -30°C with a thermal pad upgrade. Sounds like there might be something else going on if you're trying to get such an enormous temperature drop from such a simple upgrade. What's your goal? Are temps the problem or is sound the problem? Liquid cooling is definitely a good option if you want to spend the money, but unlikely to pay for itself unless the alternative is to not mine. You could do the liquid-cooled option to replace your GPU's blower, or you could go with an immersion cooling setup if you're trying to be next level.
