I do not know. Clearly Bitcoin, or cryptocurrencies as a whole, can not make fiat currency lost. At least not in the future. and we measure the value of bitcoin based on how much rupiah is feasible. And bitcoin is not broad enough to replace the fiat. so so in my opinion.

I have the same opinion. It is not that easy for the ruling class to ban bitcoin in any particular area or in the entire world because now many people are aware of bitcoin and using it for improving their lifestyles. Bitcoin is serving as public currency and we all know that there are no specific requirements for getting involved with bitcoin. Anyone who knows operating laptop can become bitcoiners and this is what people love about bitcoin a lot.

No, even though in this society the elite class always dominates in the world; because of their power, influence and connection. Still they cannot ban the company and management of bitcoin in the whole world. In our generation, there is a process that we should always consider. The government always decide neutrally; which they protect the both interest and safety of both parties. As long as the bitcoin follows and make some actions in accordance of the law, there are indestructible.

I do not think banning Bitcoin in all countries is possible. You have to understand that there is AT LEAST one person who created Bitcoin. Moreover, there are countries that openly support Bitcoin as of writing. Hence, banning it completely on all parts of the world is just a big impossibility.
As an individual Bitcoin user, I think there should be no fear if Bitcoin tends to threaten the very existence of fiat currency. That is for the government to concern itself. But I am not saying I should not concern myself about it either. Its just that Bitcoin's status today is scary as it is utilized by some to promote illegal causes. I just hope if it will totally eradicate the existence of fiat currency, it will somehow be regulated but NOT to the full extent as that of banks.

Perhaps that's not possible, some governments are fully accepting, regullating and even addopting cryptocurrencie and blockchains.

but i do not expect any globally banning attempt, although some countries have banned bitcoin but i am sure that they must overview their decision, and will surely regulate bitcoin because bitcoin is the need to they day and every one has to accept the fact, in future we can also expect that bitcoin will overcome fiat currency and people will then give more priority to bitcoin to use it for shopping and for any other purposes. They can't just like they can't ban alcohol or tobacco. If people want something badly no government can take it from them.
We all know that sentences for selling drugs are really high but they aren't stopping people from doing it because in their eyes it's worth it. You can't expect similar punishments for the use of cryptocurrencies. Most likely a ban would only equal lack of exchanges which still wouldn't stop people from using BItcoin. It would only stop them from turning it into fiat.

Currently individual governments lack the authority and power to act against a currency that is DECENTRALIZED as bitcoin but as we already know the decisions they can make regarding its management reflects a great impact on the bitcoin market as it happened in China through a mixture of government legislation and the blocking of popular foreign websites by Chinese Internet service providers. The Chinese government has tried to limit the Chinese, instead of being able to enjoy the entire global network. So if a government decides to make illegal trade or possession of Bitcoins, the demand would plummet and all the exchanges in that country would also be closed and the purchase / sale of Bitcoin would be difficult and risky. This could suffocate Bitcoin in that country.
A few governments have already done this. China has banned bitcoin trading on exchanges, not Bitcoin. Most countries are leaving it in a grey area, preferring to bring in legislation once it is really required. Governments may not have the ability to enforce a bitcoin ban, but they may still go ahead and ban it. If enough law abiding citizens decide to avoid bitcoin, then it will be pushed to the fringes.

Unite nations has no power when there are countries with a veto power. I assure you if they wanted to ban bitcoin you'd know. All they can do is to push their regulations of exchanges, direct ban of bitcoin is not possible in such scale.

I am not sure how it will make fiat currency disappear as the entire global market has more than ten trillion dollars worth of currency circulating and the entire crypto currency market is just around or less than three hundred billion dollars ,it is possible to shut all the exchanges but i am sure not all the countries in the world would accept the same unilateral decision and if it was so easy we would have been living in a more peaceful world. 
Government can ban bitcoin transactions but they cannot eliminate it all over the world because surely developers can find ways to keep bitcoin in the circulation besides no one can eliminate bitcoin unless they eliminate internet connection which at this point is impossible to happen
