I know crypto markets are very speculative but they can't be as banal as that. You can't use April's fool's day as an excuse to try to manipulate the market by generating fud or fomo with fake news. Bitcoin is well known all over the world, and we have governments trying to regulate it, so any prank that could be seen as "inside trading" opportunities would not be taken lightly.
Bitcoin can rise at any moment, but that wont be happening with a prank. At least I sure hope not, because this would mean that these mmarkets are still very immature.
I think, and I hope, that only strong fundamental news and adoption can change the current trend.
