good luck on your quest. in tried myself 2-3 weeks ago combined poker with sport betting but got greedy and bust everything. I got my poker balance up from 30 to 200$ in less than 4 days but then blew it on some higher limit shots.
I am also going to try to find a challenge where I can control myself more

I think your initial bank is to small (only 5$ in BTC), and because of that it will be difficult for you to achieve your goal and make 1 BTC in 60 days, especially if you play such low odds. But I agree with your strategy to play on goals and not only on who will win the game, this is something much easier to guess.
I play on such events before, BTS (both team to score), and I have very nice results - but I spend lot of time to find games where both teams have good chance to score and I never play more then 3 events on one ticket.
However this contest/challenge it's not just that, it is also fun and enjoying in the sports events. In any case, good luck&good profit
