Here is the difference you are not looking at.
You wouldn't be happy if someone came onto your private property. I wouldn't either if it were my property. But what about this?
Let's say that you and 100 people owned some property jointly. You assigned a security guard with rules about going onto your joint property, even by one of you, one of the joint owners. Then, you wanted to go onto your property that you were part owner of, and the security guard said you could, under the rules where he had authority.
That's all that happened. Security even went with him. And he didn't do any damage. And because it was public property, it was owned by him along with the rest of the citizens of the US.
Would you be happy if security didn't let you onto your property owned by you and the other 100 people?
I would agree with you totally if the joker had gone about smashing public property, just like you wouldn't want one of the other 100 owners of your joint property to go in and arbitrarily smash things. But that isn't what this joker did regarding his joint ownership of public Federal property. He was very respectful, and he even had permission from security to go onto his joint property.
You are badly mistaken about how things work in America. So are the J6 victims about how courts really work in America.

There are a lot of very sketchy things that went on during the J6 melee. Based on information that Revolver uncovered, we now know that the Capitol was crawling with feds, federal informants, and possibly other government operatives. There are still many questions about what really happened that day, but we’re getting closer to putting the pieces together.
We encourage you to check out Revolver’s “essential J6 reading list.” We’ve gathered our most compelling pieces in one spot for you. Just click below:
The Essential Revolver News January 6 Reading List
In the meantime, the January 6 political prisoners and targets are also fighting back. One of these victims, journalist Tayler Hansen, has just revealed bombshell evidence that shows he was targeted in an illegitimate investigation by the Federal Government due to his reporting on January 6th.
Here’s what Tayler Hansen said in a thread on X:
...
Actually, only by being part of the United States of America or holding American citizenship does not entitle you to have access to all public or feredal properties under the administration of the government. It does not make sense.
Otherwise, why would not the government of your country allow anyone to walk into Area 51? The complete opposite happens and people are arrested when they get too close to that restricted area, even back some years ago when there was a massive joke about people banding together to storm the Area 51, the government of the USA was clear that would not rule out the posibility of shooting trespassers, even if they were American born Citizens.
Are we supposed to expect now that it is completely reasonable for anyone just to walk free into federal building not matter whether there are some official proceeding going on inside? That is funny.
If Trump ends up winning you would try to walk peacefully into the FBI or the Homeland Security headquarters and tell them you are granted full access to their facilities by your citizenship and the fact you pay your taxes as well. Let us know how that goes.
Thank you. Finally we are clear about something we agree on. You quoted me saying, above, "You assigned a security guard with rules about going onto your joint property, even by one of you, one of the joint owners." So, we agree that going onto public property that has been assigned some security guards, is something that we need the proper authorization to do.
I mean. You and the 100 people I talked about, would certainly want to show security that you were one of the owners, right? You would want this because you were one of the people who set security in place... or your representative did it. I mean, what use would securing your joint property be if security simply let anybody onto the property for any reason or no reason, right? So, you would WANT to go through proper channels to go onto your property, right?
Many people tour the Capitol. And if security walks you through, especially when they are not forced to walk you through, and when you have been peaceful about the whole thing, doing no damage... you had authorization from security. If security goofed, and gave you authorization when they were not supposed to, security should at least be behind bars with you. But maybe you should not be behind bars at all, and only security should be. After all, if it was a mistake, it was security's mistake, not yours.
