In my opinion, I feel it is disturbing, though I transact only on small amount.Do not be fooled by the supposed reasons given by these governments to restrict people's freedom. The USA has used the threat of terrorism to turn it's country into a surveillance state, where everything is monitored and people had to sacrifice their privacy to feel safe. ^lol^
Russia and the other governments will use other excuses like crime and fraud, but most of these activities are done with cash. ^hmmmmm^
