Look. Any woman who takes over leadership of a medium to big country, loses a lot of her femininity. If things become difficult through a failing economy, or if there is serious war, she loses enough of her femininity that she is not a woman any longer, even though remnants of her femininity might keep her looking somewhat like a woman.
