Russia is showing / flexing their power. They are now competing with US and China in arms race. We do not want War to happen as possible.How many times our planet are reduced to ashes and to start again. Hope and pray that all this will pass peacefully.

I think this is Russia's way of showing other countries that they are not someone to mess with, and Russia will attack if provoked. That being said, I do not think they will strike first, but will retaliate if another country attacks first. This could also be a warning sign for a possible World War 3 if Hillary Clinton is elected US President, and Russia is protecting itself by stockpiling on weapons. It is no secret that Clinton and Russia have had a rocky relationship after Clinton accused Russia of being behind her hacked emails, and it could lead to another Cold War.
