75W is in GPU-Z, not wall, and with ETH-only (not dual mining).

guysssss atm i have 31mh/s with 105w eth mode with claymore in oc mode ...i saw 580 with 28-29 mh/s using 75w...it's possible? i cant reah that value using afterburner

Then try to uninstall driver using DDU , and install new driver ( Blockchain Edition )

Mine, run smoothly on Ethash. I don't know with the other algo.The KEY point to have a good hashrate, is to mod your bios, and your memory timings
