Ryoshi was asked to DM on Sep 22, as nobody can DM him, but he himself only.

A day later on Sep 23 DM from Ryoshi appears to Omikami official Twitter account saying "It's time?".

We can also see that the official Omikami Twitter replies with "Yes."

We can clearly see that this came from the RyoshiResearch official Twitter account. See the marks in the last picture.
