Look for small button in control module and press it should be reset to default factory settings...
And why you still using antminer s1 its an oldest miner and its not really profitable if you run it now..
What honestly your purposes why you are still using it.. there are lots of new released antminer and much more faster than s1..

i have s1 antminer that i change some internet settings and after restarting everything works but ethernet connection only light up once and stops,is there anyway to reset it to factory settings?thanks
