Yeah, I thought I was the only one who noticed. Their second phase round for the bounty is not the good I guess in my opinion. Because If I am going to compared it to their first bounty it was nice rather than this time attempt. Poor are the bounty hunters who will join to this project, if they do not know how to calculate the allocation budget for the project anyway.

OceanEx is an exchange that is still new so it's natural that hacken only get a small amount of money, but I'm sure the hacken will be big even though it only gets a few funds in IEO. Btw Hacken has already done a private sale, it can be a good additional fund.

IQcash has been listed on major exchanges so many participants who participated with signatures I think this pumping will occur if there is a bullrun and for allocation it cannot be expected with large returns after the bounty ends later.

Hacken ai generated low to none fund from OceanX, that IEO was a total failure, they need to go for another exchange, it shows how bad OceanX is and I think it's better if other projects distance themselves from the exchange

i thought your going to say that campaign on this forums are much safer than campaigns outside ( the ones that we saw on other site and bounty/airdop platforms ) but no , instead what you do is pick up some based on what you think is good but that is okay and better so that people can easily follow it and they can save thier time and effor for joining random campaigns that could end up scam later on
