Hi Guys,
after the Bitfinex hack I am looking for a secure cryptocurrency. Of course it will never be 100% safe but the coins with the highest volume ETC, ETH and BTC are all pretty unsafe as it seems.
Any suggestions and why?
Greetings

The Bitfinex hack tells us once again: don't leave your coins at the exchange,  keep them in your wallet

DOGE of course

I agree with you they are one of the most stable coins right now although no coin is safe from fluctuation and there are many factors that makes any coin from fluctuations like what's happening now on Bitcoin ..

it was a flaw in the exchange system, not the coin itself.
and if the problem is the exchange, any coin can be stolen.... but of course the hacker will aim for the most valuable one.

DOGE all the way, buddy.  And then you could park some funds in LTC, Dash, and some of the other big names.  But everyone here has their own pet coin, and if you ask 10 cryptonerds which one you should buy, you're going to get 14 different answers.

I'd say stay the F--k away from the exchanges if at all possible.  This hacking BS is becoming way too common and it's hard to know which exchanges are safe and who's lying their asses off.
