As far as I know, safedice is having some difficulties. Proof that their btc wallet is no longer 10btc. Temporarily do not rush to play in safedice. BTC they have run out and 12 hours have not loaded yet

Good evening, I am new on safedice, I have just joined this evening and to make a deposit but then impossible there to make a roll there whether it is there autobet as in manual? Whether it is on firefox as Internet Explorer impossible to play

Hello it's working fine on my end when I tried it today. No problem on the rolling and other things. Have you tested to close and reopen your browser?
or maybe clear your browser's cache? If not yet, try it.
If still doesn't work, maybe you've disable javascript? I'm not sure if this is the cause or if SD require js to function well.
You can turn it on by looking up to this guide https://www.technipages.com/google-chrome-enable-or-disable-javascript

It looks as though the site sets-up automatic accounts and allows deposits, but if your ip address has changed when the deposit arrives, you have no way of logging-in to that account. Now, if Barclays Bank did that, they'd get into trouble.
I wrote on the 18th to ask for help and got this reply

Since then I've paid the amount (18.08.17 at 20.15) and emailed him soon after, but no response. Whether I sent the money from exactly the same address I don't know and can't control, but it was from the same site as the first payment. The deposit address is not used for anything else; it just has four transactions on it, with my two going-in and safedice's two going-out.
Does anyone know how long this problem usually takes to fix?

Ok, so let's wait... I'm trusting your legitimacy, but I think SafeDice needs more active support, last time I checked the site there was only one gambler online, you are losing gamblers and traffic, people are withdrawing all their money fearing to don't be able to do it anymore...
It's just a constructive criticism. I will keep tuned.
Yeah, I agree. Especially with such a low house edge, SafeDice deserves much more traffic. It would be a shame if players are moving away.

We will add BCH. I haven't planned about adding ETH, but this can change if the demand is enough.
Investor's kelly is capped to minimize risk and stability of the bankroll. I think 2x is aggressive enough ?

BCH set aside, Id like to know where my BITCOIN that I deposited many hours ago is...Its got 20+ confirms, still 0 balance. I wouldn't be depositing on SD until we know that deposits are actually working. On top of this, BTC prices are starting to drop....wtf Safedice....you guys really aren't living up to your name at all. Ive never had a deposit issue like this before on any gambling/dice site, and if you check the chat within the site, you'll see that there is another person who has the same issue as myself....what is going on??? You guys have close to $200 worth of my funds that I cannot access or play with...please get back to me ASAP
If I can't even get a plain old BTC deposit to properly get deposited into my account, what do you think the chances are that you'll be receiving BCC from them..
EDIT - This has been fixed, and was fixed promptly. Have deposited since then with no issues whatsoever. Thank you SD team for taking care of that for me, I stand corrected on SD's reliability =)

I made a deposit into Safedice earlier today, and the transaction has 5+ confirms yet it still hasnt hit my account...first time Ive ever had issues with SD deposits. Whats even more frustrating is that there is no help/service function on the site which adds more to the delay when something like this happens.
Ive tried logging out, logging back in - nothing. It is for a decent amount too (over 0.05btc) so I definitely need this to be fixed ASAP!! Whats even more strange is that my BTC deposit address for SD shows my funds in there, but its not reflected on the site...my deposit address is 1MR5BzDRWRj7paT99XHY1sZYUXbgmYerjt and my username on SD is the same as my username here on bitcointalk.
