This thread has been created back in Nov 2014, so its basically 4 years old. Alot could change in 4 years.

My guess is back in 2014, the admin was single and now he most likely is married with 2 kids and doesn't have the free time anymore for this site. From the discussions here, he isn't scamming anyone, just makes you wait a very long time to get your withdraw to get sent.

This reminds me of a vehicle a friend of mine has bought, he bought a vehicle with a bad transmission and it actually came with a replacement transmission with the deal. The guy asked why don't you just install the new transmission and sell it that way, and he said he had a bunch of kids and has virtually no free time anymore.

So this is my guess what is going on with the admin.

So you are saying that 7months of inactivity of site owner where no one knows exactly what situation he is currently in (dead or alive), can't even open bitcointalk.org on his browser's URL bar is just busy with family? If he is the president of the United States I would understand he can't get online for months but in this case I'm pretty sure its not just because of his/her family

Yes I agree with you, he should just close down the site if he doesn't have time to maintain it. However I am pretty sure he still makes good money with it and doesn't want to part with it.

This happened in the past many times, eventually by reading this thread I think most people got their withdraws, even if it was a few months later.

Most of the issues stem from the XMR daemon, I am guessing that since the V8 hard-fork a few months back, he still didn't update his server and that's why its offline.

With BCH, its the same story due to the SV split. He probably wants to implement some type of replay protection before sending out BCH payments incase the SV fork ends up flippening and then he might lose the more valuable fork.

I agree. if 7 month of activity, just give balances back and close site!! Now BCH and XMR have deposit withdrawal issue, and no one ever know if we will get solved or not.
I have 4xmr and 0.25 bch sent for deposit, and never credited to balance. I have lost hope, I do not think I will get my coins, not for a long time Sad
Why would you even deposit to this dead site anyways ? Its pretty clear that its a waste of money sending anything there
i and many others use this site all the time it only stop working recently.

I remember it having problems for several months now, recently how?
and a vehicle and a gambling site are two totally different cases, in that case the deal was pretty transparent
but here the site is in limbo, it is up but the withdrawals are not processed for days if not weeks or months
if the owner has no time, he should take the site down or at least disable deposits
but you guys must read the topic before depositing, things change and even if a gambling site was great a year ago
I would always recheck coming back after such a long time to see if everything is ok

Not sure what happened on the owner but he is last logged in on March (7months ago). There has been lot of unresolved issues on the site. My personal opinion about the owner gone missing is that he has no access on a computer since the last logged in. He could be dead or in jail, no one knows. If anyone wants to avoid losing money, just stop playing on this site for now, there are lots of trusted dice site out there.

Agreed, it is not recommended to spend our money in a site which its support and representatives are not active for that long time. Although the site was one of the best dice site in this bitcoin gambling industry, but having so slow responses to their users for long time is not acceptable. To be honest, I doubt that there is not even single person who is managing the site daily. IMO there should be at least someone who control the site everyday, otherwise it will be a very dangerous thing for the bankroll (if any) or at least someone may hack the site and steal all users balance if there is no someone behind the site. But surprisingly, no one come to this thread to clarify or at least inform something about what is going on.

I think the reason why the XMR withdraws are taking such a long time is due to the fork last month.

The admin already doesn't have any spare time and since he needs to upgrade his daemon to support the new version of XMR and resync the blockchain, it will take him a while before he gets this done.

Either way its still very unprofessional that he doesn't reply to any emails ,post in this thread or put an update on his website.

All you can do is wait. Maybe by the time you get your XMR, the XMRUSD price might be $500.

But the problem is, are they going to wait for that long time? In this case people might think that SD is going to scam their money by holding it after the hype of this XMR fork is gone, although they do not have that intention. Because of their support is really bad all the time. They should really make it to the better in no time. This issue has already been asked to fix very long time ago but seems that they do not have any action

Tried it again but it failed. Their XMR wallet is empty it seems...

Yeah I just tried a withdraw as well using settings that have worked before and... no dice. I'm not panicking but it is frustrating. Like I said it hasn't been very long since the last hard fork and the guy that runs this site seems to only ever attend to things on his own time schedule.

So the only option that we can do is, waiting then, right? lol

I can't withdraw now... Just tried and it says hot wallet is empty. Lol. I need support then. It seems good bye to my 3 XMR...
well now you gonna need to play the waiting game
hope that you will not need to wait long but next time just use some proven legit dice i guess (luckygames accepts xmr)

I just wanted to withdraw 1 XMR. Hotwallet of safedice does not even 1 XMR? That is really funny...

Hey bro this has been an issue with SD ever since I started playing there. Try this checklist I made some time ago to help with my own withdrawals. It should hopefully work (although given that Monero recently hardforked the site may not have gotten around to updating which is mandatory).

SD withdraw checklist
1.Check you have enough xmr balance. Investors need to divest first.
2.Use only basic standard address. No integrated addresses. (it should start with a 4 and not an 8 )
3.Payment ID is mandatory. Use a 64 char hex string. If sending to a wallet you control, use this https://www.grc.com/passwords.htm
4.2FA is not optional if you have it set up. Check the time on 2fa device(phone) is correct.
5.If it still fails try a lower amount. The hot wallet may be low or empty. Check the BCT thread.

If you mess up any of these things besides 2fa you will get the same error message as if the hot wallet was empty. When I had the same issue support never responded to me, so yes, the support is dog shit but the site does actually work most of the time as long as you follow my checklist.

Tried it again but it failed. Their XMR wallet is empty it seems...
