This is something that is not really understood by many people in the forum it seems they want to invest in an asset that gives great profits in the short and long term but that only goes up and that does not offer any risk and as we know there is not such a thing in this world, so it is important to understand that if you decide to invest in bitcoin you accept the risk as well.

Aside from the volatility of bitcoin, the security involve in bitcoin is the major contributor to its risk factor. I'm sure you already heard news about exchanges been hacked. Honestly, the security of exchanges is not 100% safe. This is one big concern regarding cryptocurrency. Hoping that this problem will be solved right away.

We can say that safety can not come to the bitcoin investor because all we know that investing at bitcoin is more risky rather than other investment. So if you are going to invest at bitcoin make sure that you are ready and fully educated about bitcoin because you may loss your capital in one blink of your eyes. Yeah! I believe that people have their own way on how to secure their wallet. Websites are tool for us to lose our btc. We are being bait by the hackers by letting us to enter our keys in their own site.

Remember, if you are not aware of the site. Alwayd check if it secure by looking at the "lock" sign or (https) than http.

Bitcoin is made to safely store money. People will not pay interest on this technology if they could not assure themselve that their funds are in hand. Safety will only be lost once coin you stored it in a wrong wallet specially in a wallet that has nof open source feauture such as exchanges and well known multi exchanges.
