Clarification.
Bitcoins are sold on a futures contract.
Now the price for 1 Bitcoin is considered as follows:
Take https://btc-e.com Exchange Rates and divide by 1.5
Example: you want to buy 10 Bitcoins.

Last Price on btc-e: 470 $
470 \1.5 = 314
Today you can buy Bitcoins and costs  314 $
