Acquiring an MSDN account is not of the hardest tasks, acquiring takes a bit of back work. At most, you will spend 2-3 hours creating your first website to use in conjunction with the BizSpark Application. Once you get the hang of it, it should take less than 1 hour assuming you have prepped most things from the 1st round of this guide. You could be a NOVICE HTML user and still be able to do it. No HTML Knowledge required. The guide is condensed into 7 pages and offers support from outside sources and as well as me.
