Right now, SALT seems like a golden opportunity. As on the platform, loans can be re-paid in SALT at the retail price of $27.50, much above the current market price. This difference won’t last forever, it'll eventually settle off.

SALT might be a handy for the short term I think. At present it available  at very cheap rates so can be bought and as market is rising might be it can also rise a bit and can be made short term profit from this coin. Little skeptical considering the long term prospect of this.

The current scenario of SALT is critical because price will be moving to backward in past one year, so It is impossible to earn profit in short term because we will never the big jump in this coin. Most of the altcoins still continue the same level so it will be going to forward or backward at anytime. I prefer it is not a worth in current traffic.

Of course, I can also be skeptical of all statements regarding cryptocurrency, but nevertheless, if certain projects have their own coins, then their value will once stabilize and stall at one point. This is what will make it impossible to receive income from the price difference. It seems to me that today there is still a time when this kind of activity brings good profit.

I agree with you, salt have a good potential and we still didn't see the real price movement yet. Smiley

What do you guys think?

Price is quite low at $5.14

Looks like the price is still doing good over the time. I rebought a little bit of SALT in the last couple of days because I think this project is not done yet and the price will start to climb again.

What's going on with the price of SALT? It's on the top exchanges so I was thinking it should be headed towards that $25 per coin. Instead it's going the opposite direction.

This is about lending market which is very hot trend currently.
And SALT have it separate market for SALT membership can buy things at affortable price.
Such as they are planing to sell Ledger Nano S cost 5 SALT (certainly only for member who pay 100 SALT membership fee)
That's reall fuck good deal now.
We still have 2 which remain in Dec, let's wait and see what's going on with SALT once they announce their main platform.

Like the business model, might become very relevant if we continue rising this market cap to the trillions soon...

What are competitors to look at to better evaluate the market place?

Some people picked this up quite cheap @ $1.50 in the initial sale but its still around final tier crowd sale price at present $7.50 ~

Ripple is the biggest rival.  It will be super if it goes into working condition soon.

Why the comparison to Ripple (XRP) and not other P2P lending platforms?

Am I thinking this right?

If you want to get loan, you have to buy Salt coin. I would assume that if coin is valued somewhere about 100$, it may affect to the popularity of loan takers.

Total supply is 120million coins and circulating supply is 51million coins.
If Salt starts to gain higher price, they just have to release some coins and price automatically goes down? So basicly is there any way that this coin can be example $100 dollars or do they intentionally want to keep price at lower point?

Sorry for my English and hope you get my point.

It's $$6.xx now. There was one time where if drops below $3/4, if you don't panic and hold based on the time you posted your thread, regardless if it's satoshi value went down. You would have earn 10-20% right now if you sell it off Smiley

SALT lending platform will launch in next 2-3 months so price should rise into
that news. The retail price of these tokens on SALT website will be $25 so it
has room to rise.

On the contrary, I still consider it very high for SALT. Cryptocurrency lending projects are getting competitive these days. Projects in line with this are now being launched one after the other. NIMFAMONEY is one of them, right? Their ICO even is not that great. So, I don't think it will become higher in value soon.

I don't trust low trading volume prices. We should wait for stabile price.
Can you tell me about what you mean about the low volume prices? https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/salt/ The 24 hours trade volume is awesome that means a lot of people are buying it right now. So just waiting for your answer about that  Roll Eyes

It definitely does seem undervalued at the moment. I would not be surprised if in a month or two it spikes but that is just what I think will happen with a platform such as this. Lest we forget the team is great, and they are

abiding by all regulations in the USA. In my opinion, if you can get USA investors your already a step in the right direction. I guess we will see in a few weeks time what happens to the price point as it stabilizes.
