Ive just withdrawn enough coins from trex to become the top 10th of all the claimed addresses. Does this already mean im eligible for permanent advantage?

After which API will changed and will only be available to "Traders Advantage" members for real time trade information. Once a month, a temporary API will be posted for public transparency and verification.
