I think there is another topic made by you guys that is used general discussion about Satochip products.
It was the Bitcointalk forum that inspired us to create Bitcointalksearch.org - Bitcointalk is an excellent site that should be the default page for anybody dealing in cryptocurrency, since it is a virtual gold-mine of data. However, our experience and user feedback led us create our site; Bitcointalk's search is slow, and difficult to get the results you need, because you need to log in first to find anything useful - furthermore, there are rate limiters for their search functionality.
The aim of our project is to create a faster website that yields more results and faster without having to create an account and eliminate the need to log in - your personal data, therefore, will never be in jeopardy since we are not asking for any of your data and you don't need to provide them to use our site with all of its capabilities.
We created this website with the sole purpose of users being able to search quickly and efficiently in the field of cryptocurrency so they will have access to the latest and most accurate information and thereby assisting the crypto-community at large.
Code: 00000000 01 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 ................ The Satoshi Edition Satochip has arrived, after waiting for over a week I finally have this card now. Awesome--thanks for posting pics. I guess there wasn't such a need for a holder as I originally thought, because it looks like the card is well-protected to begin with and on top of that they included one of those sleeves. Very cool. I don't think when I bought a regular Satochip that I got a sleeve included, but I used a Ballet wallet plastic snap-shut case and it fits perfectly. And now I'm kicking myself for not realizing there were more cards in the series than just the first. It sucks not having a friggin' brain sometimes, I swear.
The Satoshi Edition Satochip has arrived, after waiting for over a week I finally have this card now.
The design and quality of the card is quite good and the details are quite clear as shown before. My final thoughts are on this special edition card. I will see what we can do about that, but I guess we all first need blessing from Foxpup herself, and than you need to tell me how many cards you would like to order in total. I will do so soon--and I'm curious as to whether any other members of the esteemed Cycling Club campaign are interested in this. Truth be told, I don't even know how many there are. At the gatherings it's so damn hard to see through the ballroom mask. It's best to send me PM with more information about that, or I will forget about it during upcoming holiday season. So you already own Satochip cards and you tested how they work? You quoted me but it looks like you said it (just saying). But yes, I bought a regular Satochip sometime last year I think along with the card reader, and I like it a lot. The only thing I don't care for is that you need to use an old version of Electrum....and I'm not sure if there's a workaround for that or not. I would absolutely do that. There needs to be something permanent and collectible to commemorate the Club, Foxpup, and our Bacchanalian gatherings by the full moon's light. I will see what we can do about that, but I guess we all first need blessing from Foxpup herself, and than you need to tell me how many cards you would like to order in total.Seriously. A Satochip would be the perfect way to do that. It's best to send me PM with more information about that, or I will forget about it during upcoming holiday season. Huh, didn't know that. I bought a card reader a while back for the Satochip I got and thought it was a proprietary thingee. Then again, I don't think I have anything that would be able to read one, so it turned out to be necessary. Good thing they aren't expensive, which surprises me in a good way. So you already own Satochip cards and you tested how they work?I think that only few more bitcointalk special edition cards are available, but only with quote #4, all others are out of stock. I'd love to see a Merit Cycling Club Satochip card, and I'd tried designing one myself on their website but it came out like crap. Just thinking aloud. Not impossible, maybe we can make some limited collaboration project, but you need to be ready to put your money on the line, and that is currently only around 0.0008 BTC for one card, I think you are getting much more than that from Foxpup Seriously. A Satochip would be the perfect way to do that. Card readers are cheap, but they are not mandatory at all. Huh, didn't know that. Then again, I don't think I have anything that would be able to read one, so it turned out to be necessary. Good thing they aren't expensive, which surprises me in a good way. If you have laptop with correct card reader you can use them with Satochip cards, I know for sure that older Thinkpad T series are compatible and everything works fine. Small correction, it's not your account, it's Satoshi account being printed on this limited edition cards Oh my bad, I thought that the Satoshi card was actually a prototype to portray how it'd look. It would be fascinating if you could print your own account details on your card, for an extra surcharge, of course, since every card would be 100% unique and custom-made. They still look magnificent the way they are, though.Card readers are cheap, but they are not mandatory at all. €15 for a card reader is quite affordable; even if you purchase the regular Satochip card along with the reader, it's still more affordable than purchasing a hardware wallet from the two known brands out there. It's a bargain, especially for those who have the integrated card reader; you're practically getting a hardware wallet for as little as €25. If you have laptop with correct card reader you can use them with Satochip cards, I know for sure that older Thinkpad T series are compatible and everything works fine. They also seem like a great and affordable alternative to the usual hardware wallets out there, while having a one-of-a kind unique card with your account printed on it. Small correction, it's not your account, it's Satoshi account being printed on this limited edition cards One question, though: is the chip card reader mandatory in order to use the wallet? Some laptops, including mine, have an integrated chip card reader. Have you ever tested your card in one of these? It's also nice to see free shipping without tracking, which is quite a pain in the ass, but the tracked option isn't too expensive either, at €8.50 for Greece. The privacy issue another user mentioned is easily solveable. There's a reason for P.O. boxes or not using your full address; the parcel will still be delivered to the local post; you'll just have to pick it yourself. I don't know who this Satochi guy is, and your ironical comment makes no sense, but I can arrange for special card with your profile name to be created and sent to random user for ''doxing'' purposes. Lol, I don't know why he posted that; it sounded as dumb to me as it did to you. Speaking of dumb, I didn't realize there would be more cards available, else I would have paid attention to the ones that came out after the first series. I definitely would have bought the one with Satoshi's statement about lost coins. I've made more than my share of "donations" to the bitcoin community (though Satoshi himself no doubt made the mother of all donations of lost coins, assuming the genesis block coins never move).I'd love to see a Merit Cycling Club Satochip card, and I'd tried designing one myself on their website but it came out like crap. Just thinking aloud. Hello, I'm pleased to announce that we have released the complete collection. Peru is a nightmare if you don't use tracking services etc... I didn't know that South America has such a big problems with delivery, even for envelopes, but I did hear about bad postal service in Spain.Kinda same reasons for Africa or some specific countries in Asia. Unfortunately, we do not live in a perfect world. I hope this is more clear and again, sorry for the confusion. Thank you for clarification Tibu!It would be better if SATOCHIP issued customized cards with these Bitcointalk profiles (which the buyer will choose and indicate), instead of Satochi (as in the picture). When they send out cards by mail, SATOCHIP will know at what address each forum user lives. Great idea to collect a base and lose/steal it to hackers. It doesn’t matter what design is on these cards, what’s important is what’s inside. Well I guess we have new marketing genius who thinks that designs is not important in life, and I guess you walk the street in dirty old bag

There is nothing unusual about these cards. The most common collector's edition. It doesn’t matter what design is on these cards, what’s important is what’s inside. The shipping fee cost was too high, but I really liked the card, so I proceeded. It's only 10.50 EURO for shipping to the Indonesian region, so it's not too expensive and I can say it's standard.Hello guys, My bad. I said that the shipping was "free" but that's inacurate. Let me give you an overview... At Satochip, we try to offer affordable AND secure solution. Our business model includes the shipping costs. Why? Because we think it's a non sense to sell a 25 bucks products and charge an additional 10 bucks for shipping. How can we achieve that? Simply by sending the product using a small letter... Easy, cheap. With no tracking, no insurance. Such shipping method works great from Belgium to Europe, the United States and Canada. We have a 95% success rate, with 4% returning due to incorrect address and only 1% lost. It's IMPOSSIBLE to use this method for Latin America. Eg: Brazil require some specific papers to import electronics goods. Peru is a nightmare if you don't use tracking services etc... Kinda same reasons for Africa or some specific countries in Asia. Unfortunately, we do not live in a perfect world. In a resume, the tracking shipping is mandatory (and must be paid by the user) for: - EU : --- Belarus, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Estonia, Hungary, Lithuania, Moldava, Macedonia, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Spain and Ukraine (We had to add Spain to this list because the Spanish postal service sucks. The rate of lost or stolen mail is very high). - ASIA, AFRICA and SOUTH AMERICA For the rest of the world, you can chose between free shipping or paid tracking shipping as an option. I hope this is more clear and again, sorry for the confusion. The shipping fee cost was too high, but I really liked the card, so I proceeded. I had placed my order early so I still got to purchase this limited edition satochip card. This card is really great because I want to have this card as a collection or storage of BTC in the future. HAHA OK, now I'm curious as to who's going to get what number whenever they arrive. Should buyers post pics here if they want, or is that asking for too much anonymity-breaking? I mean there's only 5 of these things, and I think they've all been scooped up by members in this thread (and thank you again, dkbit98!). I had the same thought earlier. That's why I decided immediately so I can secure the remaining piece. I can't miss this amazing collectible, due to being in a rush, I forgot to add the NFC blocking case to add on my cart which I want to include on my purchase, but anyway, I'm so happy to have the last piece! Oh boy that was fast! Lol. I'd bookmarked the page, just checked it and saw that they were sold out and was going to post that here. You beat me to it. I figured it wouldn't take more than a few hours from the time I made my last post until all of them were spoken for.We are now officially OUT OF STOCK for this Satochip card design, looks like you snatched one of those gems in the last moment I had the same thought earlier. I am sure this cards will be much more valuable in aftermarket soon For forum fans, I'd have to agree--but I guess we'll see if any of the five go up for sale anywhere. I still can't believe only five of these were made. Even most limited edition silver coins (which you can't mint an unlimited number of, unlike a Satochip) have runs in the hundreds or thousands. I really wonder who made that decision and why.Oh boy that was fast! Lol. I'd bookmarked the page, just checked it and saw that they were sold out and was going to post that here. You beat me to it. Those Ballet wallets come with a hard plastic case which is really nice, but I don't happen to have one to spare. Edit: Oh, I guess there's that NFC-blocking sleeve I just noticed, but I'm looking for something more along the lines of that Ballet case. ordered mine - looks like 2 remain. Nice.I am interested to hear your impressions when you receive the card. There are only 5 cards being made? That seems like an incredibly limited edition. And yeah OP, I know you said the number but I'm just voicing my thoughts out loud here. Wouldn't they want to make more? Correct.I am sure this cards will be much more valuable in aftermarket soon You know that people are waiting in line to buy new Rolex watches right? That is because of limited number of watches produced, and people are willing to pay anything. Consider this limited cards as Rolex hardware wallet cards I ordered mine - I've tried to look for a voucher/coupon to apply, or at least get a discount. However, I could not find any. LOL. We are now officially OUT OF STOCK for this Satochip card design, looks like you snatched one of those gems in the last moment I am not sure about your location, but guys from Satochip told me that shipping should be free for most places (without tracking), but there is additional fee if you select optional tracking. Stay tuned and follow this topic.

Gawd dangly!! These are absolutely awesome. I'm not a big crypto collector, but I love any forum-related memorabilia, if only for the fact that there don't tend to be a lot of bitcointalk collectibles. I appreciate you alerting the community about this gem, OP. Satochips are great to use, but they're kind of like postage stamps and coins as well--art can be added on top of the practicality.

Few days ago Satochip and me organized a nice Giveaway for 14th years of Bitcointalk forum and lucky winner was selected randomly.
Interest was shown from other forum members who really liked the design of this cards and they wanted to buy them if possible. Current card design N1 was printed in only 5 limited edition cards and this design won't be printed ever again, so better hurry up if you want to find them in stock. You can check all the details and make purchase on official Satochip page: https://satochip.io/product/BitcoinTalk-Satoshi-1/ This is how the cards look printed from all sides, and you can see ID numbers from #1 to #5: You can use this Satochip cards as open source hardware wallets and they work great in combination with Laptops like Thinkpad that have card readers. Satochip cards works with Sparrow wallet and with Electrum Satochip client (using plugin): https://satochip.io/software/ Satochip Bitcointalk cards website: https://satochip.io/product/BitcoinTalk-Satoshi-1/
