I think that most of the time that those claims arise are mostly due to the fact that an output from an address (around 2009-2010) happened recently. Truth to be told, satoshi probably has thousands of address and the best thing that we can try to make is to guess what address might be his. If we're talking about older addresses being suddenly active, we have this thread[1] on Twitter where someone spent BTC (on May 2020), from an address from 2019.

What I find more interesting is the amount of deep analysis that try to uncover the amount of BTC that satoshi may have. For that effort I recommend anyone reading any of the links posted here[2]. This[3] article presented an analysis - made from a bitcointalk user[4] - that estimated satoshi having around 1 million BTC spread in thousands of addresses. Recent studies[5][6] - 2020 - were made using the same analysis technique and the quantity is near the one previously guessed.

If we want to extrapolate satoshi addresses by the transactions that he/she/they did, then this thread[6] provides a really good information regarding the 10 BTC that were sent from satoshi to Hal Finney[6], which makes shows that at least the address 12cbQLTFMXRnSzktFkuoG3eHoMeFtpTu3S is from satoshi.

Mister Craig W supposedly said the latest court ruling means or proves he is indeed Satoshi. So if you really believe he is back then go and worship CW.

Meanwhile the true wallet that everyone needs to be signed to prove he/she is the owner of it has never touched or budged.

There is no obsession from the majority of Bitcoiners about Satoshi. Stop feeding it.

I'm not really sold on him being Satoshi if Satoshi is one person. If Satoshi is a group of people, then yeah, could be, because if it was just one person, all these years of anonymity and then coming out makes no sense. But I think crypto, in general, has transcendent Satoshi, and, at this point, I doubt anyone really cares if it gets revealed or not.

Mate, you might want to at least point us to what specific wallet addresses you're referring to so we actually have something to check lmao.

So what now? If ever this is true or not, what can we do about it?
I saw a lot of people speculating that once the Satoshi wallet will be active, we can see a massive dump of the price.

But for me, I don't think so, it is possible but that's how Bitcoin works, how the wallet works, owner of the wallet got the decision at all.
Overall, it does not matter at all anymore.

I am not very familiar with the bitcoin wallets of Satoshi, but didn't he have much more than 320 BTC? I thought that he had thousands of BTC and always wondered why he never used them. It's awesome that we can track the movements of the original Satoshi bitcoins. But who knows if it's really him? For him to really be back I wouldn't want to see his forum account to be active again and writing about crypto currencies. Also, I wonder how many hackers have tried to get access to Satoshi wallets.

We never know how much bitcoin that the creator has, that 321 btc balance could be only one of his many wallets just like the people who has high amount of bitcoin, they must be seperate it into multiple wallets.
Also we can not confirm the owner of the wallet is really satoshi who created bitcoin, i think it's better to keep it as a mystery and never revealed because that's the unique thing about cryptocurrency, we never know who is the real creator and what the creator doing with it right now.
