Hey, You are also placing a side-bet called Tie Bet.
If you have Tie bet checked, and you bet 1 BTC, you will place another 1BTC as a side bet. If the cards are of equal value, you will win 10 BTC, if not, you lose your side bet.

The balance not updating because of small lag, we will try to improve the speed, but your balance is not lost, it's just a few seconds delay.

Can you explain that not paying thingy?

The two amounts I mentioned did not get credited to the balance and it remained same as before starting those bets.
Also, I noticed on more than one occasion that more balance got reduced in some bets while loosing, much higher than the bet amount.
