supposed to be my balance will become 0.054BTC

Yes, it's certainly possible to bet .001 three times and lose, then win 2x and still not have a profit - it all depends on how much you are betting each time. To investigate your actual account, I need to know the exact amounts bet each time. 4th bet: You bet 0.004, rolled 2x, and get back 0.008 (earned 0.004)
After all, your balance becomes 0.035 (0.04 - 0.009 + 0.004).
