A user, a few posts up, said they were able to get their balance back by emailing support. If you have funds tied up there, just email them and see what happens.

I have played on live software like this before and everything was legitimate. I think you guys are looking to deep into this although I do think its bizarre they "went down" because of a code issue.

the ladies have a screen where they can see who is coming to the table to play. normally You can even talk to them. I dont know how it is in this case because I didnt play there but I agree that it is very strange that they dont give any update about the current situation

I made an account there and went to a table (didn't deposit any BTC). The dealer said "Welcome back, [user name]". Not sure how that can be faked as I made the account maybe 5 minutes before. While I do think it is strange they missed their date (Nov 15) and haven't given an update, it seems like a lot of trouble to only have it running for a few days.

Pretty sure its a normal roulette table with plain green felt, the bets are all digital.
