Hey guys, this is Patrick! First and foremost I really want to thank you all for helping support this project. It has been a huge learning curve, and I still have much to learn. For anyone who is willing to help me out, I will return the favor.
First of all anyone who has a damaged coin I am so sorry. This is not something that should’ve happened considering the care that I took during construction and shipping. There are also several quality checks that’s done with Sunshine Mint who makes out coins so it should’ve been fine there as well.
Regardless of how it happened, if you are receiving damaged Coins through Mopar, that’s some thing I want to fix moving forward. Anyone who takes a picture of their coin and submit it to me with what the damage is, and a suggestion, for what could’ve made it better for shipping will receive half of their money back by bitcoin. Anyone through Mopars group who wants their money back can ship it back to Mopar and get a full refund.
I humbly ask you guys help me become a lot better at this because I’m not planning to stop creating. As a matter of fact, the plan is to do a whole lot more going forward in much bigger ways!
I appreciate you guys being willing to help me, I will do right by every person who purchase a coin. FYI, if the box was damaged and it was done during shipping, it is Fully insured.
