Gerrard is under serious pressure and I don’t see him being able to hold unto his game for longer time because of poorly he’s performing with this club, it’s nothing to write home about. Well looking at the Aston Villa side he managed and how greatly they’ve improved to challenging for a UCL spot in less than a year if him departing is always one thing to strike out his good dedds in his coaching career. I can remember when these team had a great start to the season and many people thought they’ll be a team to contest for the SPL title now it’s seeming like the goals have all dried up as they haven’t had any win in the last 9 matches. Well we putting the blame on injury to an extent is like trying to save a name for Gerrard. Looking at this scenario, we can see how poorly Gerrard has been and I think him getting sent out by the club and the club hiring a better coach will do them more harm than good as most great ex late aren’t all to make a great coach.
Yes, that's right, currently Gerrard is under pressure from the Al Ettifaq club because as a coach he has not been able to show his prowess to bring the Al Ettifaq club forward and develop.
I think as coach of the Al Ettifaq Saudi League club, Gerrard is still unable to establish good communication cooperation between all the Al Ettifaq club players.
And this could also be one of the factors why the Al Ettifaq club has not been able to develop under the tutelage of coach Gerrad. We know that previously Gerrard was the coach of the Aston Villa club and with his hard work he was able to bring Aston Villa into one of the biggest and best clubs in the world.
Does Gerrard have another reason to join the Al Étifaq club in Saudi Arabia? Because his quality continues to decline as a coach at a football club, I consider that his salary or management behavior is not in line with Gerrard's wishes, so he has not shown his prowess as a well-known coach.
And this must really be taken into account, that if Gerrard cannot show himself as the best coach then he must be prepared to take the risk of being immediately removed from his position as coach of Al Ettifaq and he must be willing to lose his job.
Not only that, the decline in quality as a world football coach also greatly affects his future performance.
It is unlikely that anyone will accept or contract Gerrard again as coach of a football club, and of course other clubs think that Gerrard should just retire if he can no longer work optimally.
And wouldn't this be a very bad thing for Gerrard if one day that happened to him, because of the lack of trust from other teams not to work together again by signing Steven Gerrard to become a big coach.
