Passing week 15, there is actually no change in position, it's just that now the point gap between Al Hilal and Al Nassr is widening after Al Nassr lost a big match against Al Hilal. After previously their point gap was 5 points, now, their point gap is 7 points. Of course, it's a long distance, especially when Al Hilal has a very impressive performance. It will be very difficult for Al Nassr to catch up with the 7-point gap, because they expect Al Hilal to have a negative result. But the problem is that now Al Hilal is very difficult to beat. of the 15 matches they played, they only won 2 draws and the rest they won the match without tasting defeat.

The Saudi Professional league is already halfway through the season. and only Al Hilal is undefeated. It is clearly difficult to catch up with the difference in points for Al Nassr. all they can do is not make mistakes and continue to collect all the points in the remaining matches. to be consistent may be difficult for Al Nassr. but at least they secured a match that should have been 3 points for them. Al Hilal will certainly suffer defeat this season, and of course there will be a decline in performance. and that is what Al Nassr must take advantage of. I don't know what Al Nassr's chances of catching points are. because Al Hilal is so good this season.
Al Nassr should not think too much about Al Hilal, I mean they just need to focus on continuing to win 3 points in the matches they play, while waiting for Al Hilal to slip and be defeated by any club. Al Hilal are very strong, but that doesn't mean they can't be beaten, be it by clubs of similar strength, or by those weak clubs who won by luck. The competition is still very long, although their points gap is indeed wide but with the remaining matches it is not impossible that Al Hilal can be caught up.
It's not impossible, but it's very difficult. I must say that it became even more difficult, especially considering the defeat they suffered in the match they played against each other. I expected them to at least draw in that match, but they lost. Now their only chance to win the league will be to wait for Al Hilal to lose points.

Al-Ahli could have shifted Al-Nassr's position if they could maximize the previous two matches which ended in a draw and turn them into wins. But even against Damac and Al-Shabab, whose positions were much lower, they were unable to defeat them. I think the Al-Ahli squad is on par with other strong teams such as Al-Hilal, Al-Nassr and Al-Ittihad but that's not enough when facing a match they should be able to win.

This week Al-Ahli will face Al-Raed who are in the relegation zone and if they still get a draw in this match then they will be even further behind and also more vulnerable to being overtaken by other teams who are directly below them. Firminho and his colleagues must prove that they are a strong team that deserves to compete to win the Saudi League title this season.

You're right. Mitrovic is in a strong team, so there is a big support for Mitrovic to be more productive in Saudi league. Although Al Nassr is also a strong team, but Al Hilal can play more solidly as a team. If Ronaldo is in Al Hilal, he even can be better than Mitrovic. Also, it is true that Mitrovic is younger, meanwhile Ronaldo is almost 39 years old. So, we can't compare them, they are in a different situation.
Both players candidate to be Saudi Pro League top scorer between Cristiano Ronaldo and Mitrovic have quit age difference almost ten years with Ronaldo over 39 years old and Mitrovic 29 years old. Its not related comparison between Ronaldo and Mitrovic but I most excited with Ronaldo can compete with player have more young age on top scorer standings position. Both them remaining two goals left Mitorvic made brave last match and Cristiano Ronaldo failed score goals yet when facing Mitorvic teams.

Comparison not only with age but also how support from teams mate to make easy for striker scoring goals, Mitrovic have solid teams mate and Ronaldo with the same condition but Al Hilal have better player on every position. I think Ronaldo not close yet his opportunity to be Saudi Pro League top scorer with many matches left and have two difference goals from Mitrovic.
The two players are stars from Al Hilal and Al Nassr, both of whom also made good achievements in each team matches.
But Ronaldo has bigger opportunity because of his sharpness and accuracy in shooting kicks, just look at Ronaldo who has saved 15 goals for Al Nassr and Mitrovic has only scored 13 goals for Al Hilal.
But indeed they are the best candidates to get the title of top scorer for the SPL.

Age will only affect energy performance which may not be easily weak but for the team it is one of the main success factors for players in winning matches by creating more goals.
The essence of creating goals is assistance from the midfield or midfielder and the attacking line because if these two positions can collaborate well in attack, they will be able to create passes or assists that can easily be converted into goals.
Al Hilal and Al Nassr have everything, they have great players in the midfield and front so these two team are the teams that can have the most goals during this season SPL.

I agree with you, Al Hilal's strength cannot be denied this season if they are a strong team, and indeed seeing Al Hilal's match against Al Nassr with a score of 3-0 certainly makes us even more confident that Al Hilal has the potential to become champions. trophy this season, and Al Hilal did not waste it by bringing in Fulham player Aleksandar Mitrovic who now plays a very important role at Al Hilal and always scores goals, even has the potential to surpass Cristiano Ronaldo in top scorer, Jorge Jesus is also a very great coach in managing strategy By Therefore, until now Al Hilal has not been defeated. In my opinion, Alhilal is very clever in bringing in talented players, not only from the front line which is a concern, but also at the back line, such as by bringing in Chelsea's talented player, Koulibaly has strong strength in guarding the defense line.

Even though I am a fan of Cristiano Ronaldo, I can't deny that Al Hilal has a stronger advantage over Al Nassr. Al Hilal defeated Al Nassr with three goals without an equalizer, and Al Hilal may end up winning the league because of their outstanding play. Al Hilal currently leads the league with 41 points, while Al Nassr is second with 34 points. This is a 7-point difference between the two teams. Al Hilal have not lose any of their games, still doing well with the players they have. Since Neymar is not playing due to the injury, i had assumed that their performance would not be as good as it is now, they would have scored more against Al Nassr if Neymar had been present.

With the constant effort of Cristiano Ronaldo's to keep the team at the top of every game, if Al Nassr fails to win the Saudi Pro League title, it will be really bad news for the team. Even when they lose the match, it is still bad news. I cannot hope that Al Nassr will win the league title, with the current players and performance of Al Hilal, despite the fact that they have players like Talisca, Sadio Mane, Brozovic, and Ronaldo who can win a match.

I also think that Ronaldo has a high chance to be the top scorer. I don't think he will get injury because he rarely gets injury.
Rarely but it does not mean he did not get injuries through his career and when he gets older, he will have more risk of injuries, even serious injuries. I of course hope he will continue playing as long as possible because having chances to see Cristiano Ronaldo plays and scores goals is privileges.

Cristiano is strong and professional like Ibrahimovic but Ibrahimovic got very big issues with his body and injuries in last two seasons before he decided to retire months ago. Cristiano soon will hits his body limit but at the moment, we just don't know when he will have to announce his retirement.

Mitrovic has a good season so far and I remember he scored three goals in a match with Al Ittihad months ago too. When he played for Fullham in Premier League, he was not too famous but by playing in Saudi Professional League and scored goals in direct matches against clubs of Benzema and Ronaldo, Mitrovic actually gets a spot light in Saudi Professional League and become more famous globally.

Koulibaly is a good central defender and he is not too old so that he can contribute for Al Hilal some seasons with good performances. I agree with you that Al Hilal are cleverly and wisely with their transfer strategy. They do not only buy super star players but also aim at star players or players who can help them to improve quality.

Yes, with increasing age, of course there will come a time when a person's performance will decline, as is the case with Cristiano Ronaldo, of course his performance at speed is not what it used to be when he was young, but up to his current age he can still be said to be fine. Yes, I also hope that Cristiano Ronaldo will continue to play. I don't know when Cristiano Ronaldo will retire from the world of football, but I heard he said he wants to take part in the 2026 world cup before he retires.

Mitrovic is now becoming increasingly famous in the Arab league and it looks like he is currently enjoying his glory days with Al Hilal.

I think Al Hilal should be used as an example because the strategy and method of bringing in European players is very good and in line with what Al Hilal needs. but I am sure that all teams will definitely be able to become like al hilal or even more as long as they continue to practice and continue to learn from mistakes.

Al-Hilal seems to be the most effective in spending their budget in yesterday's transfer market. Al-hilal's only failure was Neymar's upcoming moment. But this is not a failure in terms of transfer quality. But Al-hilal failed to get big benefits from the transfer because Neymar had to be absent for a long period of time due to a serious injury when buying his own national team in the international break. Al-Hilal experienced huge financial losses from the transfer. But what amazed everyone about Al-hilal was that they didn't rely on Neymar that much. Even without Neymar, Al-Hilal is still strong.

Al-hilal brought in players with effective choices. They don't just focus on the front line. But also balance it by filling the front, middle and back lines in a fairly balanced manner. And now we can see the results this season. Al-hilal has not been defeated since the season started.

Al-hilal managed 15 matches this season quite well. 13 wins and 2 draws. This is truly an achievement that will be very difficult for other teams to emulate. Even Al-Nassr, which was expected to defeat Al-Hilal, failed quite surprisingly. Even Al-Nassr lost by a big score. But I'm curious whether Al-hilal will buy players again in the upcoming transfer market in January.

Man, the only hope Al Nasrr can have to reach Al Hilal is Al Hilal fall by his own, because there is not another possibilitie, the other teams in the league are very weak to cut points, so only 4 teams can steal some points from them.

For me personally, although Al Nassr has Ronaldo in the squad but yes, for me it still cannot be a guarantee for Al Nassr to be easy to get the trophy. Also, when I get the results about Al Hilal who managed to be unbeaten so far this season in the Saudi Pro League, then I think these results are a guarantee that Al Hilal has a very good chance of getting the Saudi Pro League trophy this season. What's more, Al Hilal managed to beat Al Nassr with a score of 3-0 and yes, that result makes me even more confident about Al Hilal in this season to get the trophy and they deserve it.

Mitrovic is younger than Ronaldo and he is playing in a strong team too. They are racing with each other for the league title and best scorer award. Mitrovic is leading in a league title race with Al Hilal but Cristiano Ronaldo is leading in a best scorer award race. At his 38 years old, Cristiano is still able to make record in Saudi Professional League.
We have two competitive club and sound big names but these players are frequently closing up the tactics of the club, they play like a pro player. I'm supporting Al Nassr to win because my GOAT is in the club. Mitrovic and Ronaldo are different players, Ronaldo is more promising than Mitrovic but the thing is, he's just lucky to be in a elite team that competes for the title with or without him. Al Hilal remained unbeaten this season and their targets is winning the SPL unbeaten and I think that is impossible because we might never know what comes first in thes upcoming matches.

I really believe that Ronaldo will be the best scorer in Saudi Professional League if he won't get injuries and miss most of rest months in this season. Mitrovic is a good striker and goal productive but he is not competitive enough to win against Ronaldo in this individual race.
I also think that Ronaldo has a high chance to be the top scorer. I don't think he will get injury because he rarely gets injury.
Mitrovic is a serious competitor for Ronaldo, he is very competitive, dude. Moreover, Al Hilal is on fire, Mitrovic is in the right place to score many goals this season.

Last season, Al Hilal experienced a decline in performance and at the same time had a very busy schedule. this season, Al Hilal has again shown its strength as one of the top clubs and is perched at the top of the standings with a difference of seven points from the teams below it. tis team looks even more solid after the joining of Alesandar Mitrovic, who is now a pure sticker in their squad. Al Hilal is not only the only unbeaten team, but also the one who conceded the fewest goals and scored the most goals so far. Even though it is actually still temporary, it seems like the wind is on Al Hilal's side.

Referring to the match against Al Nassr, as I have previously reviewed, although in reality this is just my personal speculation and assumption. scenario, Jorge Jesus is very aware that his opposing team is the most competitive opponent than other teams, if we refer to the team's depth. in the end, he used tactics to give Al Nassr a little more freedom in controlling ball possession. however, it is clear that in terms of opportunities, Al Hilal has far more. I think this battle is not just a matter of star players, but the coach's strategy also plays an important role. and IMO, Al Nassr is carried away by the strategy of coach Al Hilal. In the end, the home team won the match. Furthermore, in the next few weeks Al Hilal should have no problems when playing their matches until the meeting between Al Ettifaq and Al Ittihad. at the very least, these two teams have the resources to provide resistance. Well, let's just follow this competition, there are still a lot of matches left.
I feel like they have enough points difference that even if they end up being a little worse than this, they could still beat most of the worse teams, and maybe lose points here and there at a small time point loss. I think they are going to still be able to win the title this season.

Their talent came from not spending money on retiring players, most of the other teams ended up buying players that are super famous and made some name, it is good for getting views, specially Ronaldo for example, but they are all 35+ years old players. Whereas, Al-Hilal ended up buying players that were still doing fine and that is their secret, if you get a player that can play 2-3 seasons with you and go back to Europe and play there, then you just bought yourself a great player and that's what they did. This is why I honestly expect them to do will be something that could probably be a lot better on the long run, it should be something that will benefit them long term.

Al Hilal was one of the elite teams in this competition, before PIF acquired them. for a long time, this team has always dominated the Saudi Pro League. which means, this club is handled by competent management and staff within the Al Hilal camp itself. Let's refer to their current squad, well Al Hilal doesn't have the names of really famous players like Benzema with Al Ittihad, Firmino with Al-Ahli, Ronaldo and Mane with Al Nassr. It is true, Al Hilal also has foreign players, especially those who have played with European clubs. However, the names of the players in the Al Hilal squad are not as well-known as other teams.

The difference is, Al Hilal has a squad that is almost competitive in every line. That's why this team has performed well in the last 15 matches in the Saudi Pro League. Last season there were 16 teams competing in the Saudi Pro League, this season there are 18 teams. meaning, almost half of the League season has been running. btw, Al Hilal has just secured its position in first place in the AFC Champions League by overthrowing Mazandaran with a score of 2-1.

Anyway, there are still 19 games left if I try to count them from the list of meetings they will play until the end of the season. We don't know how consistently they will play their matches. and that doesn't mean Al Nassr missed an opportunity. After all, there's still a lot of fight left.

It must be admitted both teams have great players in attack but on the side of al-Nassr they don't have a great defense when compared to Al-Hilal it is clear that its performance is different Al-Hilal only conceded 8 goals in 15 matches while Al-Nassr has conceded 18 goals so if Al-Nassr wants to compete with Al-Hilal, then in the upcoming transfer window they must recruit new players for defense and goalkeeper, there is still time because the league still leaves half a season. So far I have not heard of Al-Nassr's plan to bring in new players on the contrary Al-Hilal who was rumored want to find a replacement for Neymar but yeah, maybe Al-Nassr hasn't spread any news related to the upcoming transfer they can suddenly plan it without anyone knowing. Anyway, if Al-Nassr uses the same squad this season, there is no hope of winning the title from Al-Hilal, I am sure of it.

Al Hilal is an unrivaled force in the Saudi Pro League, even Al Nassr was just defeated without being able to move. Ronaldo and his colleagues were beaten mercilessly and failed to provide any meaningful resistance. other clubs in the SPL can only hope that Al Hilal experiences a decline in performance. in the future, we can only hope that one of them can stop Al Hilal in the second half of the season.

The competitive level of the SPL is still far from expectations. The current difference in points shows that most clubs are still not performing optimally, even though we both know they have star players in the team. However, for me personally, I think this is still normal, because SPL is in the early stages of its development. The SPL needs time to develop and become more competitive, with their abundance of money I think this is quite easy to make happen.

This is what seems to be happening and now it is exciting to see how Ronaldo will deal with it as he thought he goes to Saudi Arabia and easily wins the title in the next league of his career on a different continent, but no that is not what is happening. He will end his career in Saudi Arabia without the SPL title. I am sure he expected something different about his engagement there. But he couldn't care less I guess when he checks his bank account every now and then. For him it was the deal of his life without a doubt.

At the moment, after the big defeat, Al Nassr have to think about themselves and forget about Al Hilal. They will have to try to play best and get as many wins as possible and wait for chances to reduce the 7-point gap with Al Hilal. When the gap becomes smaller, they can think about Al Hilal again and they will still have one more direct match with Al Hilal. If they can play well from now till that direct match, they can take a second chance to equalize the gap or even take over the first position from Al Hilal.

At the moment, it is too early to think about Al Hilal with this big point difference.
Yes, they can still avenge their first-round loss in the second round, and they must prepare well. The journey is still very long in this SPL and also they can still make their strength even stronger by utilizing the transfer market.
7 points if rounded up Al Hilal must lose at least 3 times. But that must also be accompanied by positive results that must be achieved by Al Nassr. It will also be useless when Al Hilal (say) celebrates 3 defeats but Al Nassr also feels the same, like 1 defeat for example, it will not make them above Al Hilal.

I really believe that Ronaldo will be the best scorer in Saudi Professional League if he won't get injuries and miss most of rest months in this season. Mitrovic is a good striker and goal productive but he is not competitive enough to win against Ronaldo in this individual race.
There is other parameters to take on consideration like the total time played by each player, whether he just finish an attempt or create it and score it, whether his team score a lot of goals and whether his goals ratio compared to his team goals is high or not.
I will give an example, Cristiano Ronaldo scored 15 goals from 39 total goals scored by Al-Nassr including him. That's mean he scored 38.5% of Al-Nassr goals. Mitrovic scored 13 goals from Al-Hilal 46 goals, so he was responsible for 28.2% of goals but he is in competition with Malcolm who scored 9 goals (19.5%) while Talisca with 8 goals was responsable for 20.5% of goals although he had less playing time than Malcolm, which means he isn't competing Cristiano Ronaldo as much as Malcolm competing Mitrovic. In the playing time and goals scored by minutes played, they are close from each other. Sadio Mane and Milinkovic-Savic effects aren't that important comparing to the others.
To summarise, Cristiano Ronaldo is slightly better than Mitrovic for the moment but Mitrovic is advancing faster and could flip easily Cristiano Ronaldo advantage.
