The team balance is not good within Al Ittihad. When Karim Benzema joined the club, the coach (Nuno Espírito Santo) was not too happy about it because he wanted Abderrazak Hamdallah to lead the attack instead of Benzema. Al-Ittihad was held to a draw by Al-Hazm and failed to get full points at home.
