Does the official fundraising website proof the case? I play the devils advocate here but on most fundraising sites you simply can open anything you want. Even for a random persons foto you found on the net. Doesn't mean that that person is sick or that she get the money at all.

Well, the best proof would be what the exchanges found as a legal proof for government. They demand a copy of the ID. Back and front. A picture of the person holding the ID beside his face. Then a utility bill as proof of address or so. Don't know if I forgot something.

Even if you would provide the proof... who would know that you would forward the money and that you don't keep it?

I know I make your life hard but I'm escrow on here because I saw way too many scams happening and it's saddening to see the victims.

Did you mention why you posted in this forum?

The website doesnt require any proof of this. I think that would just be sick person doing such thing. We have received donations already from friends and family. My father donated. Some people write there in slovakian that he can only donate 5 euro because he is without a job.

I understand your concern but you can take it up with the fundraising website but im not going to send you her medical reports thats just too much. I can provide you my identity but if youdoubt her sickness than im not sure what i can do for you.

Do you trust that gmail or facebook doesnt read your messages and emails? You know what i mean youre digging too deep.

People can donate and dont have to.

She is Slovakian but that operation needs to take place in Czech Republic. Because it is in Czech Republic the health insurance doesnt want to pay. There will be other expenses as well but the operation it self cost 7000 euros (with 50% discount because of history of Czechoslovakia)
...

You mean private or public health insurance?

If it's a case of Slovakia not being able to provide necessary treatment (lack of facilities/specialists) and referred her to Czech Republic, then by all means the cost of surgery should be covered by insurance (whether private or public). But that's just my understanding and I might be wrong.

And if it's a case of private insurer trying to weasel-out of paying, often the best course of action is to contact the local/national media, the risk of bad PR should be enough to make them change their decision.

Hope everything goes well.

Guess I can't believe such stories anymore. Each day not a few of such messages are deleted on the forum. Simple tries to get some free coins. And till now everything you did could be easily done by a scammer that thought it through a bit more. A website, twitter, unique text, users coming in here and wanting to tip instantly... well as long as you are not able to provide real proof of the story and your identity... I doubt you will convince a real tipper. The reason is that this place is filled with so many scammers that it is quite unbelieveable.

OP seems to be keen on providing proofs. Just let him know what kind of proofs are you looking for and give him a chance to deliver.

Its a public Slovakian insurance and she was not recommended to Czech thats why she has to pay it. In Czech they have a special robot that will cut it out perfectly. In Slovakia they do it by hand and nobody has survived the operation yet.

Thank you for your support.

Yes i understand what you are saying and this angers me a lot because i hope that bitcoin itself will bring people all over the world closer together and forget about greed and stuff like that.

Regarding to the proof. Im open to anything. Just tell me what to do i will do it.

Im willing to send my ID if people would be convinced and donated but than again you can say i googled it...sooo tell me what to do and i will do it Smiley

And if people think im a scammer they can still donate to the official fundraiser with fiat money and Anna will get the money Smiley

If you have any other questions please ask

Who are you? What's your relationship with Ms Adamcova? Care to provide any proofs?

The cost totals to 7000Euros. Only this operation can save her life!

Both Czech Republic/UK (not clear what's her country of residence) have free healthcare. She wouldn't be charged anything for the surgery. And if for some reasons she/her family have chosen to do it elsewhere and pay for it, it would cost way more than 7k EUR.

This story just doesn't add up, unless there are some additional details which you failed to describe.

Ms Adamcova is my girlfriends mother. This fundraiser was mainly for people that know her so thats why its not detailed.

I'm in charge of this because Anna doesnt know computer and doesnt have the personality to ask people for donations. And her daughter (my gf) has other things to think about so im trying to provide this for them.

Bitcoin community jumped into my mind that why im here Smiley

You could put a quick video up on youtube and stick an address on there too. That's way harder to fake.

Yes I can do that but what exactly you want to see in the video that would prove my identity.

Sorry if this sounds really harsh, but is there any way you can prove that you are indeed the person you claim to be?
Look at it from our perspective: it would be pretty easy for anybody to go trough a goodwill site, pick a real story from real people with real problems, and then come to the bitcoin forum, claiming to be an uncle, son, father and asking for donations.

The main problem is that this site is full of scammers who wouldn't hesistate to pull a trick like this for a couple measily bucks.

Yes yes i was thinking about this.

My name is there on the website. If you can tell me a way to prove myself I will do it. I can write something in to the description of the story.
