Yeah, better have US donate a couple of billion dollars to China and India to prevent it, even tho they can spend it on candy, that doesn't mater as long as they give them that money.

It's hard to take any action now, we cannot completely stop the pollution and the devastation of Earth, but we can slow it down. But do you think that big oil companies are going to give in just like that?

My vote went for the "Yes, governments must solve it". I know that we all as individuals should do something to save our planet too, but if compared with what governments can do we can't really do much.

That's one of the solutions, it's like having the death penalty. It's just going to be hard because every person has been alive for a reason and they have the rights that everyone has. It's not going to be easy but that's not the best solution to have, what would be the basis of who to kill? It's so vague that no one would want to be killed.

To say that only individuals can save the planet is wrong, it will take cooperating governments, corporations, and individuals in order to save the planet one group cannot do it without the other. At one time garbage companies would dump their garbage near the shore, and than the government set a fine if they did it within a certain distance from shore but it was cheaper for the corporations to pay the fine and dump closer it wasn't until the government increased the fine of dumping close to shore was it followed.
