You can simply save any record you find attractive with merits perspective but it’s good that if you have thought about giving out more merits but remember your smerits will grow when you get more merits in return so work for that also and maybe you could save your own record here as well so best wishes for that.

Yes, that is a good step for you to start, but if we are not a merit source then it will be difficult to provide merit to other members because the number of merits we have is limited.
