You can write the wallet seed and send it to your lawyer as part of your will since the lawyer is going to be in charge of the will till the need arise, or better still you can save the wallet seed and password in a deposit saving box and make the information known to one other person.

I made a paper wallet for my son and I deposit a smaller amount of Bitcoins there every month. I kept it in a secret place that only me and another person knows.

I didnt think of this until I read your post. This is actually a very good Idea, who knows how much your current savings would really become in the future. But just be sure you can still access it someday, it might be lost. I think Ill also start doing this, saving bits of my bitcoin earning and not touching it until then.

This is a very good idea. I too have been trying to come up with a structure to pass along my wallet in future.
My best approach is to give your child a penny (not like much of these are around anyway) & act as a Bitcoin.

At the end of each week, see how many pennies they have gathered & come up with a structure (similar to allowance) Smiley

This is what I am thinking about leaving in my will to my children. St least leave a clue that they would only know to where my private key is stored. I wouldn't trust anyone else if I wrote the pk in my will.

I make a wallet for my child where I always set aside some bitcoin on each withdrawal of my funds, I hope the bitcoin price can be higher in the future so that later when my child has an urgent need I can use the funds in the wallet.

Like every other investment such as real estate, stocks and other forms of investment we know that you can invest in that kind of things and then you get something like say a Certificate or a Binding Document as a proof that you are part of that investment, now that of bitcoin all you have is just your address, your password, key and seeds as proof of the ownership of the wallet.

BTC

So now if one is considering buying bitcoins and saving for his/her children in the future is there any way to do that with bitcoins apart from having to write down your details somewhere. I'm asking because with that kind of stuff if no one knows your seeds or password no one can get the coins. Huh Huh Huh
I always saving bitcoins for my future sake. I believe that I will become rich because of the bitcoin. I earned now many money because of the bitcoin and I have now a business because of the bitcoin. Bitcoin is really a blessing for me.

yes, we must secure our bitcoin but we also have to think if something happens to us and our account can not be opened anyone maybe we should redeem the bitcoin if it has reached a certain amount to cash money or save it

Saving in a diversified portfolio for your kids is an amazing thing to do, and one that could make them incredibly wealthy one day, due to the power of compounding and time. BTC is part of that portfolio for me.
Very good idea/policy to be adopted in respect of bright and careful future of children. Mostly people don’t care about the future of children they don’t save any amount for their children so I think bitcoin provide an opportunity to save least amount today and earn huge amount  in future for children and we must have to take serious the matter for our children future. To meet the future expenditure of children’s education we need to invest now in bitcoin.

I also want to do that but since i doesn't have a husband and a child yet, i have to save it for my future purposes and advance saving for my family too. I see to it that for every earnings that i get, i can saperate atleast 10% of my income and the other are for my trading and expenses purposes.

That is a very smart thing to do! Kudos to you, It really seems that you really love your children. Because saving for your children with bitcoin it's like buying stocks, or gold. The only thing with bitcoin that the value will increase every year no doubt about it.since bitcoin is being known worldwide.
