That is a good investment for your children. I think you have a huge savings for your son now since you've started saving for some time now. I'm thinking, I will do the same when I have my own children so that they will have no problem in money if ever they will badly need some for their financial problems.

Everybody wants this, but doing this is hard and maybe we can't afford this. The current price of bitcoin is very high and buying it for our children is very money consuming activity. We can only buy something like 0.01 and 0.005 amounts.

Keeping other physical asset for your children is very easy but storing bitcoin for your children is very risky because the wallet may be hacked before your children grow to maturity so it needs a high level of security consciousness.
I don't think that bitcoin wallet could be hacked by anyone easily because it is very high secured, and it could be not hacked by anyone and bitcoin is the very good investment for our children and for their future.

Well the worst case scenario is that you're leaving them a flash drive, so you may also want to include some traditional assets as part of their inheritance as well.    Cheesy

Bitcoin like most other crypto currencies are very volatile and carry no yield unless you lend them using P2P lending services. Which means you'd be relying on capital growth though the increase in value of Bitcoin to grow your investment. I believe that Bitcoin still has much potential but so do many of the new crypto currencies most of which have been built from the ground up to deal with the shortcomings of Bitcoin. If you're looking to invest in crypto currencies you may be safer off investing in a portfolio that consists of Bitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin.

yes. My uncle saved a bitcoin for her children. because he wants to have a bitcoin he can save for his children because he knows that bitcoin is not forever so he gathers and carries out his own business.

I don't get the point of your uncle saving the bitcoin for his children yet thinks that bitcoin is not forever. Bitcoin for me seems to have potential sustainability in the market. Therefore, it is strategic to save bitcoins for the future of our children for them because it will be a great advantage for them since bitcoin is continuously arising. However, it is also important to be prepared and make contingency plans whatever happens with bitcoin.

Like every other investment such as real estate, stocks and other forms of investment we know that you can invest in that kind of things and then you get something like say a Certificate or a Binding Document as a proof that you are part of that investment, now that of bitcoin all you have is just your address, your password, key and seeds as proof of the ownership of the wallet.

BTC

So now if one is considering buying bitcoins and saving for his/her children in the future is there any way to do that with bitcoins apart from having to write down your details somewhere. I'm asking because with that kind of stuff if no one knows your seeds or password no one can get the coins. Huh Huh Huh

Nice topic to talk about. Never think of that until I read this post. Thanks for making this post for now I'm worry on how to make things right. Secure my account and try to turn it over to my children or my wife in the future.
How would I do that? Maybe I will right down a piece of paper and make a note. Account and details of what and how to get those investments in the future. I hope i'm making it right.
I will check what others comment on this and maybe I can get some ideas.

I also consider saving bitcoins for my children. Why? when I saw the price/value of this coin, I can say that it is like "time deposit" in a bank however in my case I don't have any bitcoin yet but once i earn some of it i'll definitely save for my children's future. I am also thinking to invest it first then save it afterwards.
Well, if parents is wise enough and trust the power of btc, probably they will save a btc for there children. And I think there are already using this method especially those who already earned huge profit. Parents love their children so much and this is the chance for them to save at least a little amount of btc is enough. Who knows that little amount after 15 years it will be worth millions and give it to your child as a gift.

Saving Bitcoins for my Children is a nice thing to do and also this is the  way of making sure that they will have a better future. If you have a bitcoin in your wallet try to save it now and possible that the bitcoin you save might get increase its value and that would be very beneficial for the future and to your children.

Keeping bitcoin for the next generation is a good idea we don't know where bitcoin will be in the coming years but if it stays on track with where it's going even fractions of a bitcoin will be worth a huge amount. Just remember to keep keys safe and have clear instructions on how to get it should anything happen to you unexpectedly.
Good thinking and I agree with your thoughts.
Actually people who use bitcoin and then they earn much from bitcoin actually they intend to save for their generation so that their families do not feel the misery in life someday.

That's good for you and your child, that means you have to teach and introduce bitcoin to your child. But kids usually just want to have fun and a pedestal to learn. So you should not force them to know and do what you do in bitcoin. Let them do what they want. If you want to keep bitcoin for your child but they do not want to know, you can entrust the bitcoin you keep to your relatives and give it to him to give it to your son someday.
A good opinion and I agree with your opinion.
Actually if you already have a child who is old enough to think about depat he can at least know about bitcoin, but if your child is not old enough then do not teach it for fear of misuse when he knows bitcoin.
