It is Dec 21 2015 as I post this.  I have grown frustrated trying to keep up with the public silence surrounding any progress on Block Size / Scaling / New BIP implementaions etc.

Perhaps this thread can serve as a single quick place to update the community on what current options are SERIOUSLY being considered, where things are regarding new implementations etc.

To start this off.... can anyone inform regarding where the entire Scaling Bitcoin debate stands.  Is there any indication that any actual action is forthcoming in near term?  Etc?
