What happened:
I have an issue with the 1xbit.com website. My account had a balance of over 190 mBTC (or 0.190 BTC) when I noticed it went to zero. I contacted support via chat and they told me not to worry that they were facing technical issues and they would fix the issues in my account right after that:

After that I requested my account to be blocked until my funds be restored. I only got a message from Security department stating this:

"We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account). The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions."

I think unfortunately you won't see any more of your money here.
They will simply remain of the opinion that you have done something wrong, without providing valid evidence.
Unfortunately, a lot of online casinos do it this way.

Fucking terms & conditions, lots of accounts have been closing with the same excuse. Silently they are scamming gamblers with a fake violation. If you use the forum search button then you will discover many accusations against them. I am wondering why gamblers risking their funds to 1xbit. Have you tried to ask questions in their resolution thread?. You can try but I don't believe they will solve it. At least it would be helpful for you if they return your capital.

Yes, many times. In that, in personal message and in the other topic.

The last message I got from 1xbit was requesting my personal email address < don't know why.

I am closely following their resolution thread and didn't they respond to you already? Saying that you created multiple accounts and breaching their TOS by trying to avoid restrictions already placed in your primary account? Says right HERE .

Did you make multiple accounts by any chance? Looking at the thread it seems to be the case.

Edit: Looking back at the thread, by your own admission, you seem to have created over 4 accounts trying to circumvent restrictions. I think you overdid it. Tough luck mate.

This was my first account. On that moment I had just that account and I dont know why was it closed by security department. After that, because I was a gambling addicted I created other accounts. I also stated that and I assumed I opened those other accounts, but once again their rules failed on that because they never closed any other account or refund any deposited value.

I can sympathize with you on Gambling addiction. I have gone through that phase myself, hopefully you can heal and maybe stay away from gambling. Coming back to the topic, So, your account gets blocked with funds in it..and your next reaction is to make a new account in the same sportsbook and deposit more and youve done that at least 3 more times after that? while there are plethora of options for crypto betting? It somehow doesn't add up, I'm afraid and only hurting your chances to recover the funds. They could at least return the funds deposited. Hopefully they do.

Thank you! The reason why I stick with it is that I'm self excluded already for the main gambling sites. Unfortunatly 1xbit can't even ban a player by IP or device

By their rules all my deposits should be returned. And so far I got anything back.

It is good that you started this topic. I don't know if it will help, but at least it is good to warn people. Secretly you have also lost a lot of money. This week I saw someone who had been scammed for 1 bitcoin.
Outrageous how 1xbit is handling cases and they don't care at all about people.

I tried to contact support via live chat and e-mail numerous times, but they simply refuse to solve this issue. Also, I contacted the 1xbit_official account, in of one their recent topics they claimed that they would resolve any issues, but he is avoiding to answer what happened to my account and why didn't I got my deposits returned.
Security department refuses to answer me at all. I'm trying since june with no answers so far.

So far as I have seen, all users that gets their accounts closed by Security, gets their deposit sum refunded. I got nothing so far.

My account is 195327265.
