So glad I listened to someone's advice to post my story to the scam accusations forum. i posted it to this site, because i learned about it on this site:

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/bitbetcom-462479

I dont have any ulterior motives other than to be the first guy to warn others at one of a few sources of the BS. You should have also turned up that chat transcript on b!z's review of this scam site, as he replied to that thread with a link to his 4.6 star rating for the scam site, and i posted it as a comment to his blog.

heres the 2nd thread where someone suggested the scam accusations forum might be a more appropriate place:

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/scam-advisory-bitbetcom-598409

I have spent more time defending my integrity to you than you are worth.

sonysasankan, yes, new, but my 1st account on here. I'm not an established member trying to post anonymously
dhomstad, i commented in an earlier thread that the bitbet.US noise makes finding bitbet.com complaints more difficult, but they are out there.

You registered and started a new thread with a chat conversation n "proof" n all that on the same day (yesterday). A real "newbie" would never do that... just saying. Anyway from what I could see there are scam accusations flying around online for BOTH .US and .COM websites.

so, you're saying I'm what, then? Perhaps a literate person able to present an argument in favor of something?

No Im not doubting your literacy, just your integrity. Of course I dont have any evidence of any ulterior motives from your part either. I'm just putting myself in your shoes and playing out a scenario. There are many websites dedicated to scam accusations, where users can post their stories, compare notes, warn ,etc. I copy pasted a line of your chat (in quotes) and no results showed up on google.... meaning you did not post it anywhere else. Now I seriously doubt someone would skip those sites and "stumble" on to this general forum, create an account and start a thread about their experience intuitively. He would do that ONLY if he's familiar with this website already. So hence the curiousity of why a newbie account for posting a scam accusation. It just stuck out as odd to me, that's all.

Of course Im not in any way associated with either of the bitbet sites and don't really care for them. They could both be scams for all I care Smiley

Hi. I'm new to the forum, and my only motivation for posting is to warn others about bitbet.com.

I requested a payout/cashout weeks ago, for roughly the same amount I deposited: ~.10 BTC

I had read that it might take up to 24 hours for payment, however that time came and went with nary a confirmation email or any kind of email acknowledging the request, or any kind of email indicating that there was any reason for delay.

I have proactively contacted this organization 4 times regarding the unfulfilled cashout request. # of times I had been contacted in reply: zero.

I did manage to get a chat representative online, and have attached a transcript below. It felt like i was being BS'd. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but days following this exchange and in the absence of any kind of update, I can only say my belief that they are a scam has only solidified. From the exchange below, can anyone get a sense of what Carolina was saying I would be receiving? Confirmation? Their site makes it appear like cashouts are fast and handled anonymously. I don't require anonymity, I only require consistency and a sense of trust. Not included in the exchange is the time that elapsed between responses. This exchange took well over 20 minutes.

Lastly, what an utter lack of process and/or professionalism to lure customers in with the promise of fast easy cashouts, only to be met with: 'Just be ready to have your information, we will be sending a confirmation.'

What information?
What confirmation?
What time frame?

Chris: BITBET.COM CHAT REQUEST Hello. I am for the 3rd time requesting status of cashout request for ID BITXXXXXXX. Thanks

You are now speaking with Carolina of Payouts Questions.

Chris: hello.

Carolina: Hi Chris!
Chris: hows your day going?

Carolina: Good Chris! Thanks for asking!
Chris: i requested a cashout a week ago, perhaps longer now. i thought the expected wait was to be around 24 hours. im just concerned. reading a lot of negative stuff, and this being my first cashout attempt, you kind of want that to go smoothly to build up trust.

Carolina: Ok sir let me check
Carolina: Ok Chris
, I passed your information to my supervisor, and she goes to commission for resolving.
Just be ready to have your information, we will be sending a confirmation.
We will give you as soon as possible the payout.

Chris: is there an explanation for the delay?

Chris: and i don't understand why i would not receive any kind of confirmation to my email immediately upon requesting the cashout

Carolina: Yes sir,
we have delays with Bitcoins, but we will prioritize you to have the information as soon as possible

Chris: What am i confirming in the confirmation?

Chris: or are you confirming my cashout?

Carolina: That
has already processed your payout

Chris: i see. so, everyone lately has been experiencing delays due to issues with bitcoins?

Carolina: There are enough in the process
Chris: ok. thanks for your time. i hope to see a successful cashout so that trust is established. as of now, im still worried.

Carolina: Your welcome sir
Carolina: Have a good day!

I would add that on this thread in the gambling forum, bitbet.com announced their presence, and some established posters on this site seem to lend support. i posted the same above to this thread as well:
