Based on my experienced never had any issue withdrawing any coins from cryptopia except for PAC coin before but when I withdrew the PAC coin my transaction was pending almost 1 week and more days before I reported the issue then they put give it back to my account but the problem the coins is no value and I couldn't sell them right now because developers of the coin is no longer support it. So don't blame cryptopia and you must ask it to developers what happen about your transaction.

I transferred some mined coins a few days ago to sell them from cryptopia and never had any issue using their exchange.

(SCAM ALERT) Cryptopia stole my Money!!!!!!!

My withdraw also processing. its already 4 days. They say its because i put wrong payment id. And they will recredit the fund. Just wanna ask did u guys already succeed with your withdraw?

Important question; did you really use a wrong 'payment id' or wallet address? If so, then it's your fault entirely and you have to wait for them to solve it for you.

Cryptopia is flooded with requests all seeking support related to withdrawals and deposits, and depending on the value of your withdrawal, they will keep you waiting for a very long time. You can imagine that with so much shit they have going on they won't put much effort in trying to solve something only concerning $50-$100 worth of coins.

Its wrong payment id. But the wallet address is correct. I got reply on first day i create ticket that i put wrong payment id and the fund will be recredit to my account. Then i ask them how long i have to wait. They answer we dont know, but we will do as soon as possible. This is the 5th day and the status is still processing. Its amount 3500 dollars.

I've been trading with Cryptopia for years, and I must admit now that they're not scammers. They've a lot of bugs/errors and sometimes their "processing" can take more than a month, but still, they're honest. I've not seen a single person losing any of his funds due to their bugs/issues/server-overloads; it can sometimes get very frustrating for you, but at the end, Cryptopia's crappy support does succeed in solving whatever issue you have.

thanks. from your statement, at least i relieved that my coin will back to my account. i just scared that my coin wont back to my account, processing forever

I can attest to that yet ive been a user of this exchange for sometime and I cant deny there are really issues you can face off but it do being resolved anytime and these things are quite common on exchangers but when I do experience issues on a severe manner or every now and then already then I decide to leave this up and find another one. Its not a scam but the hassle that it gives would really give you stress anytime.
This should be scam accusation board with a significant format regarding on the complaint.

Unfortunately, cryptopia is having some pretty major issues with withdrawal right now. It's definitely not just you.

Everyone's been frustrated with them recently and it's for good reason. They're just flat out being dicks to their customers. Also with their CSC controversy going on it does not help their public image either.

If you have any more balance on their site I would suggest trying to withdraw them in smaller chunks. People say that bigger amounts get flagged quite easily and take a long time at processing, while smaller amounts go through without problems. Once you get your withdrawal avoid them as far as you can until they get their shit together.

Usually exchanges takes a really long time to respond to any support ticket, that's basically the norm with these exchanges. I've been trying to verify my account on poloniex and to be honest they have not replied to it for over three months. I guess they are over flooded with support ticket requests to be able to respond to yours immediately. Also, I think you just recently sent your support ticket but have not really waited long enough to be posting your problem here.

It's too soon to say they are "scamming" people then again it's true that their support sucks not to mention their deposit and withdrawal delay's seems to be taking too long to resolve.

If you have read their past update (Feb 16) about this problem it's been said that:

Please don't submit support tickets relating to processing delays as we are unable to expedite these manually - our focus is on quickly resolving the issue for everyone.

So I'm guessing this is likely the reason why you didn't receive any replies until now

And now from the latest update (Feb 22)

ZCL and General Deposit + Withdrawal Update 22nd February

We are making progress with our deposit and withdrawal issues. We have made a number of changes to the way we are processing deposits which has significantly improved performance. These changes are being tested initially on a few selected coins before going into widespread use, however these changes have already solved most of the deposit delays we were experiencing. We are now working on similar improvements for withdrawals. These will take a bit longer than deposits but we expect to have them operational within 2 weeks.

By the way they have a newly appointed CEO, let's just hope that he's man of his word

I doubt you got robbed by cryptopia because they are on this forum and if they did they would have alot of mad customers coming here just to post on their ANN thread about it.

It has to be a misunderstanding and I would suggest you send them a support ticket and get to the bottom of it before accusing and smearing their reputation like this
In a civilized manner.

(SCAM ALERT) Cryptopia stole my Money!!!!!!!

if in real life you were robbed, what would you do? Go to the police, right? so do the same thing, hire a lawyer and report your case to the police that they will know how to resolve your case, and you'll post about your case here in the ofrum because it helps other people stay away from this site, but do not expect that you will to solve your problem if you limit yourself to post here in the forum. report your case to the police is your only chance of having your problem solved

so I opend a ticket next day, since then No answer at all.

these exchanges have these problems

First try to read more about each exchange before you even think of doing deposits there. When I have to do trades I don't ever transfer in large quantities but I trade in portions, yes this way  I have to wait for confirmations and price could potentially move but I'll gladly lose some small amount that the full value of what I wanted to trade.

Topia can have some problems, simply contact support and wait since there is not much you can do about it from this point. Many people are having issues now.

Where is the image link?

Anyway, in their Ann thread, many people posted about their pending deposits and withdrawals in the site. Though I still coudn't say that they are scamming, I agree that as of the moment they have a poor support and slow processing of some transactions. Not sure if there are specific coins that are having problems because I had a smooth deposit last time.

If you really believe that you have been scammed and have enough proof, you could post in the Scam Accusation board using the format below:
Code:
