Their is a difference between lucky and smart, but you buying contracts at that time is luck. I'm not saying that your not smart too, but I think it was more luck. Wait 6 months and put all your earnings back in again. I would love to hear about this success in 365 days.

I bought a XMR contract a few months ago on Genesis. It's still doing "good". Nothing incredible, but the ROI is here (I transfer my earnings to exchange sites).
It's a 2 year contract, without maintenance fees (so they can't discard it). I paid $80 and earn about $15 a month.

why so many people talking like that about genesis ROI i calculated and found out that my ROI  would take up to 6 months (5 in the best cases) it depend on a lot of thing actualy it doesnt depend on genesis

Agreed. A lot of youtubers seem to be promoting genesis-mining and showing off their incredible stats. Either that they are plain stupid or they are taking advantage of unsuspecting newcomers to bitcoin who uses their code to buy everything.

I've bought genesis mining before the halving, i bought the lowest available for bitcoin mining which was 50gh/s i think. It was sold to me for 0.05 BTC. When I got it it was paying ok, but the rates quickly diminished to 0.00005 btc every three days. After the halving it just stopped producing profit altogether.

Don't use anyone's promo codes. Don't even invest. It's not worth it.

Did they terminate these contracts forever? I think now all contracts that were not profitable some time ago became profitable.

Oh, man... Did you really spend half a million on another 4400 TH/s?

That's much better than buying that hashrate in January (instead of investing in alts - people made x5 in 4 months while BTC mining didn't even get to ROI), but anyway that's a madness. I'm wondering what is your total investment in crypto. And you must have a fortune in other assets if you can afford investing in crypto that much.

most likely he is an affiliate , cause the only way to be happy with Genesis Mining is to promote your discount code and sell people false dreams
you can check some youtube scammers like Trevon James , he is making a lot simply because he is scamming his subscribers money
he even turned off the like/dislike cause a lot of people are disliking his videos

At this point. I just want to express my appreciation to the many people on here that made fun of me. You inspired me in so many ways. I wanted to help all of those that got scammed by buying up all the rest of the GM contracts. So I did and now they are gone. Or at least they were for a few days.  Oh well I tried.

I bought an additional 4000 Th/s and got a 10% bonus. Which puts me at a total of 5920 Th/s.

This at least sold out GM for a couple of weeks I hope I saved a lot of people from getting scammed.

But seriously.  I will continue to post results and trolls are going to troll.

Genesis mining has a large group of investors. Most of them trying to make a living off it.

The company itself seems legitimate , or at least more legit than most other obvious ponzi schemes/scams in the cryptoworld that pose as some sort of legitimate cloud mining website. It has a youtube channel with thousands of subscribers and constantly updating with content of their mining rigs etc.

However you never know what coin your contract is actually mining. Fro example the owner may think that an altcoin with the same algorithm may be more profitable to mine ,you buy the contract thinking that they're mining one coin but they're actually making more mining another.

With the price increases it seems like everyone's doing decent, but just watch out when the price decreases.

I am still happy with them. I made 89$ out of around 380$ investment since 2 months on the day today!
i started with 30mh/s x11 and 7.5 scrypt. I did reinvest into sha-256 0.5th and 2mh/s etherhash in that time

1800$ invested in 2 year LTC contract of 140MH,

I'm happy as $#!+ with it.

Even given the profitability has gone down and maybe I could have done better buying and holding or day trading but that takes time.

I made an offer and noone has contacted me yet wanting to sell their "aparently horrendous" investments into lifetime contracts. So guess everyone is happy after all heh?

Well that's the project you get a substantial portion back, however not 100, and ROI... well you can forget about that.
It's a shame there are still a lot of guys promoting this scam/business oppertunity.
