I was a customer. So yes I know what I'm talking about. I lost money there. And I didn't get any refund. It was like 2-3 years ago. I warned them I would create a thread and keep it updated. It takes me just a few minutes per week so I'm ok saving other naive people some money by doing so.

Has anyone else had an issue lately of the Pending Balance section zeroing out but no transactions occurring to send them to your wallets? I have sent them a ticket about it but of course I haven't heard anything yet.
I think I know what is your problem. I assume you paid with credit card and after 30+2 days your balance did zero but you did not receive payout, correct?
If this is the case then unfortunately there was no detail about it:
"Some of you are still missing past Monero, Ethereum and balanced credit card payouts and we want to assure you that our IT and Customer Service team is working hard to get them to you."

Are all scam accusations fixed and everyone is happy that he has invested in Genesis Mining?In this case the thread should leave the scam accusations section, shouldn't it?
Maybe someone who is still invested can tell me where their mining hardware is located?

Some of the mining farms are located in Iceland, Sweden and China but there are more just not sure where they are because Genesis Mining is not really sharing this info.
