It really is hard to believe that there are some ICOs who are intended to scam people. There are all hypocrits and rely on the weakness of people especially those who are new to bitcoin. So sad.

Definitely is really sad the scam now is really increasing About 80% of scam project are out there. We just need to be careful and take our time to go through so one don't jump into any.

I think that not to face a scam you need to invest in reliable coins like btc and ether. To my mind, they are more or less reliable and you can rely on them by keeping first and then selling

we need to become wiser and mature in this regard because until we learn to analyze the projects correctly, unfortunately we will not be able to earn anything from it

I personally, i am not surprised at that. Ever since i have been into the crypto space, after passing through some challenges, still on scam, i have come to realised that one needs to be care with some coins. They are here for the money they want to cart away from innocent ones, because they believe that newbies will still fall victim.
So before investing, always ensure to do your own research.

This year there are a lot of such SCAM companies. According to statistics, about 40% exit the market at various stages. The good news is that now included activists (whistleblowers).

Your statistics is too good to be true Smiley I've seen more terrible numbers, for example, Cointelegraph says here that it's 80% - twice more! And it was 2017... https://cointelegraph.com/news/new-study-says-80-percent-of-icos-conducted-in-2017-were-scams/amp

So the statement about "scams're everywhere" is absolutely true.

people are to blame. in the pursuit of easy money make a lot of mistakes and do not want to learn, and want fast money. Often, such "investors" and become victims of fraud. Some learn from their mistakes, while others step on the same rake many times

There are too many scammers in the crypto world. In fact, some scam projects are so well prepared and detailed that it is almost impossible to understand that there is a fraud as the project.

Yes in crypto space there are too many scam icos and that is really bad for new investors. Some people directly enter to crypto and they are trying to find a way to earning money and they are investing
these scam icos and they are rekt surely.. That is really really bad issue for new investors. We are losing these guys because of that scam icos..
Because of that new comers need to do your research very well and they need to gain experience firstly.

If you invest money with someone who has no reputation and no product, you have to figure there's a 90% chance your money will disappear.  I'm not sure why ICO investors think that isn't the case.  I blame lack of financial literacy and people who have been trained to trust unknown users that haven't been negatively tagged yet.

Whenever there's money involved, I think that brings out the worst in each person, ambition and greed are strong motivations, and many people are willing to do whatever it takes to achieve their goals, that's the theory behind of most crimes if you think about it.

Yes , there are a lot of scams in the ico , I think that you should just wait for such a drop to pass, I think soon there will be an increase in ico in fundraising !
ICO will recover and once again begin to collect the soft cap only after the market will turn and the coin value will rise.

Of course, if there is no or little information about the project and the team, then this project is not worth any investment. Now many projects are being created to cheat and we are not immune from this.
Therefore, if you don’t have a lot of extra money, then it’s better now not to invest in ICO projects, but to earn tokens in bounty campaigns. So you only lose time.

I believe that you do not need to look only for bad news. Yes, I agree - now the number of scammers and unsuccessful projects is really high. But if you wish, you can still find promising and profitable projects with excellent development potential. But for this, in any case, it is necessary to conduct a thorough study of the project.
