Agreed many companies or should I say group of scammer who will join together and hire people just to make a bounty or even a programer just to make a none scam ICO website for them to earn. Yes many get scamed but not just newbie. There were no scams if only people know what is the right ICO to invest. Many ICO as of nowadays are scamming people due to their insufficient knowledge about investing in cryptocurrency , if only they have the full knowledge to invest their money there would never be scams. But not all ICO are scamming their investors money , many are giving their investors the possibility that they can gain profits in the ICO.
