It is disgusting but it is the world we live in. People will always try and take advantage of others and seek to only benefit themselves, survival of the fittest. Most people getting scammed need to do better research. So many people investing in projects with no real product, just some fancy words on a paper, then get upset when it is a scam. Lets not even mention people getting caught by ponzi schemes....
But the scam is very disappointing, because the scam ico is what makes cryprocurrency into the fear and people think crypto has a very big risk, hopefully there will be a proper and effective solution to eliminate the scam ico.

I'm more and more disappointed in some coins. One such coin is Helbiz. Which announcements were rainbow, great goals, the price of $ 1 per token. And what in the end? No positive news, the price falls and everyone just sells this coin. I think she's not out of the hole anymore.

And unfortunately there are a lot of such coins. You need to have the experience to anticipate what the project is waiting for, and whether it has prospects. Otherwise you can just lose your money.

That is the serious problem that we recently dealing with our crypto life. Once we fall in scam project we will absolutely regrets if we did not noticed at the first glance of our searching. I think we can't avoid scams but we can prevent ourselves not to be scammed.

These scammers are already everywhere. Do not give a normal work to everyone. Both crypto currency and investors. Constantly develop plans and strategies that take away someone else's. Therefore, we should all carefully buy and invest in something.

It really is hard to believe that there are some ICOs who are intended to scam people. There are all hypocrits and rely on the weakness of people especially those who are new to bitcoin. So sad.
While there are stupid and greedy people, scammers will use their weaknesses. The popularity of bitcoin has reached a point where many without even realizing what it is are willing to give up the last money to get "huge profits". The only thing we can protect ourselves with is to promote bitcoin in this forum, and then scammers will have less chance.

It is a part of the life. Conmen and criminals are everywhere, and not just in the crypto-world. Here the concentration may be higher because of lack of regulations and ease of doing business.

it is currently a lot of scam coins. there are even some ICOs that deceive many people with the sole purpose of getting money from investors. therefore we must be careful and more thorough in analyzing an ICO that we want to invest.

It is unfair to say that ICOs which establishes good platforms and roadmaps to be fraud.

Problem is you cant see if its scam or not, i recently lost some money and they had a good website and roadmap etc., great community and so on and now they gone with the money. for now i do not invest anymore in ico's and airdrops who asking money.

You were asked to pay to participate in an Airdrop? That seems sketchy from the start and Airdrops should be free to join you just have to complete some tasks.

I concur. What I additionally detest is for a coin to join a specific trade and it will simply lose its incentive in a short time allotment. NBTK - Nebeus is one of those token. The cost dropped by 600% following a couple of months it joined the yobit trade. When I inquired about the coin, it appears that the coin is kicking the bucket and the general population behind it simply leave without doing anything. Im beyond any doubt financial specialist's felt that they were misled however on an alternate way.

we do not know the real certainty of all of us here, so we do not have to hurry to pick our right coins, we all make our patience and wait for the right time and money, if we want to profit why not because of it there are many ways to earn a big deal so we can not imagine that there is no way for us. so we should learn about the things we need to know and try to invest in before investing our money, not delaying and getting back to doing it, and no one will have to double the need to be careful of that. we are just wise in such ways.

Yeah airdrops should be airdrops lol free tokens for just signing up and doing a few tasks. Whitepapers for me aren't enough as it's easy to come up with a website containing interesting information about a project. Join communities and discussions. There you can have other people's thoughts about your prospect.
