Let's try to help others in understanding the project in the right way. It's a good thing that they already bought a land for what I think a compound for the Kepler's platform where the creation AI & Robotics might take place there.

Can someone explain to me please what is the relation of these ICO Roadmap in Keplers website and the ICO Roadmap here in Ann Thread?

According to Ann Thread Public ICO should start in April 2018... In website they show some info about Presale starts in 22th May end ends in 5th June.
