I don't remember ever having seen project with such big rating in this platform! I'm sure what now Kepler will be interesting for many investors.

4.9, amazing! Neither can I recall such a high rating for a project. You're right, I think icobench is a source for many investors to find promising ICOs and with this rating Kepler for sure will attract many investors.

But we also shouldn't think that such a high rating represents how good this project is. I have seen a project with a very good rating which failed at the end. Looking forward for more information.

Yes, you are remembering it right. They are getting that land for free. Also, they will re-invest their %80 of the profit for not paying the taxes.

KELPER is interesting project. i think would be nice if they have done token sale in phases for each individual phases as they build platform. I still like and looking forward to join.
